Jamie has been my trusted doctor for years. She demonstrates here care for me as a patient and offers her professional advise with honesty.

Overall I enjoy having Dr. Kantola as my provider, however the last two times I’ve come in for a visit, I’ve arrived on time, 15 minutes before and still had to wait quite a long time. I waited 46 minutes to get back to the room, and then an additional extended amount of time before she came in. It was a full hour past my appointment time by the time I saw her. Typically my visits with her feel rushed and when things are planned/ordered, it’s not followed through with.

I've had exactly 3 Dr.s in my entire life. My first visit was a telehealth call. I soon saw her in person. She went through what id been struggling with and gave me an answer to my problem. I was very impressed with her. So I asked if she would be my Dr. She had a child and wasn't able to take me as a patient. She was on maternity leave. So I waited for her to return. And I'm glad I did. I totally trust her judgment and advice.

Been seeing her for over 8 years. Takes time to listen and hear your concerns. You don't feel like your on a time schedule. Would recommend

It was a longer wait cos the worked me in. Once in not a long wait for the doctor at all. Answered all my questions and straightened out a problem I had with prescription. Set me up with an eye doctor.

We love Dr. Kantola. She reads your chart and comes prepared to appointments. She listens to what you have to say. She treats you with dignity and respect. I can't say enough good things.

Was very kind, listened to all of our needs and was great with my kids. Took time to talk and listen and didn’t rush through.

I feel like Dr cantala knows me very very well. she is familiar with all of my history which is complicated and is compassionate to all of my needs every time I see her. I feel so so blessed that she is my doctor she cares about me, she calls me sometimes after hours when I've had a bad situation. she's smart she's courteous she's compassionate. I could go on and on about her okay LOL

Excellent doctor with a great staff. Dr. Kantola is compassionate and professional and never rushes your appointment so that she can be thorough and the patient can be heard. This is a rare combination in a world where all too often we’re treated more like a number more than a human being. I highly recommend Dr. Kantola for anyone looking for a primary care physician who actually cares.

Each time you make a appointment always something is wrong.. either doc don't show up and has a nurse practitioner try to do what was scheduled, which was removing a sisk, now make a appointment for a blood draw, go all the way there sit there for 20 mins to find out can't bee seen by dr.. seems like they would have known when the appointment was scheduled.. the Dr is amazing her staff not so much.. they need to work on simple schedule issues.

I am deeply concerned by Dr. Kantola’s management of my mother’s hypertension. After three years of unmanaged high blood pressure and a recent hospitalization, the doctor remained dismissive and rude. She refused to prescribe the medication that actually works for my mother, claiming she couldn't rely on 'old tests' to check potassium levels. When asked when the last labs were done, she admitted they were from mid-November—only one month ago.Despite it being only four weeks since the last labs, she offered no immediate path forward other than telling us to go to Urgent Care and hanging up the phone. We were forced to 'compromise' by using a previous doctor’s prescription just to keep my mother stable through Christmas. A one-month-old lab result should not result in a total abandonment of care for a high-risk patient.
