Dr. Subhash Thakur completed his undergraduate education in Delhi, India and earned his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Studies also in India. He completed an internship and general surgery residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in Bronx, NY. He completed a vascular surgery residency at Jobst Vascular Center in Toledo, OH. Dr. Thakur is Board Certified in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Thakur joined Oaklawn’s active medical staff in August 2010.
Dr. Thakur performs procedures in office, and more complex procedures in Oaklawn’s state-of-the-art Vascular Lab.

Met him yesterday for a fistula surgical consult. He was very informative and was very patient explaining options and procedure details.He answered all my questions and I’m already scheduled for surgery, after my consultation I feel confident that he is the best choice for my surgery! And the front staff and Us Tech and nurses were phenomenal

The 1st person to meet was not friendly and her hair was not clean or her nails. The ultrasound lady was rude also. HEATHER,ISAIAH AND SIERRA ALONG WITH THE DR. WE'RE GREAT.
