Least traumatic of the several hernia repair surgeries I've had over the past years (ie, exactly half my lifetime).

I thought that everyone involved with my care was very nice.

The nursing staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive and responsive.

Everything thing was good even liked the doctor. The nurse that fished for the vain in my arm made me black and blue up my arm. Other then the bruising in my right arm I am ok with the care.

I will miss them tremendously!!!!! They always took great care of me.

Everything went well until 3:30 PM, Shift change. Everyone on duty, just Stop what they were doing and left me. New shift personnel had no clue who I was. Therefore, they requestioned me as was done by the first set of staff.At the same time, the first staff handed me discharge papers, so I was getting out of there at the same time I was being questioned by the 2nd team staff at 4 PM.

The provider explained what options I had, and chose the option I would prefer, and assured me that he would schedule something to do about it.

Went in for a colon exam everyone was wonderful. Nurses and doctors very helpful.

All staff were very professional,Friendly and confident.I noticed all staff were on task, busy and not gossiping about people which I've heard in other hospitals. I had a very pleasant experience despite having a colonoscopy.

I've had three similar surgeries from two other surgeons over the past 37 years, and am confident about the pending procedure.

Had good experience with this provider would like this provider for this procedure in the future or anything else that's in there field of care

My visits with Dr. Worden have consistently been conducted with professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. He remembers my medical history even after extended gaps between appointments, and he is always friendly and respectful. Dr. Worden takes the time to explain information clearly and in a way that is easy to understand.

Kept informed to each step of process for colonoscopy.

Good. they said "here are some pills to take to get you ready". I thought it would relax me and then in the operating room they would give me something to put me to sleep but the next thing I knew, I was back in the room and everything was done. Amazing!

The physicians care was very good. My complaint is the post surgical secondary infection that I got at Oaklawn Hospital only to find out that the hospital has a less than favorable history of infections.

We were both satisfied with everyone at the hospital and at the doctors office. Very clean not too much waiting time. Very happy with everything.

I just had my blood test late Friday afternoon so I don't expect results yet.

Consultation with a surgeon. Was surprised he had not reviewed the CT scan pertaining to the issue prior to talking with me.

Being this started out as a doctor visit with a physician at the Tekonsha office in the morning to a CT scan In the afternoon and surgery by evening, I couldn't feel more confident in the care I received at Oaklawn. Because of all involved my recovery was short and trouble free.

This was a follow up to emergency gall bladder surgery.

Getting the IV seemed a little rough. Had to try 2 places. Never had that type of trouble before. Maybe I was too dehydrated being it was a colonoscopy.

Colonoscopy as blood was found in stool. Explained about 10 polyps found a method removed & face looked ok but would notify further after sent for testing.

With Dr Worder I felt I was in the best hands possible.

I had a colon up so I really did, & talk to him about anything else. He was a good doctor.
