The medical assistant was very kind and extremely professional. I had a good experience with the doctor Austin and would recommend this place to anyone looking for medical attention without having to visit their primary care doctor.

I told the provider I had a sinus infection. He took my word for it and never did an exam. He offered a ZPac and I told him it was not an appropriate med for sinus infections. I've had many. He admitted that there are more effective treatments. I asked him to find one. He prescribed doxycycline instead. Also I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes. They weren't that busy.

I was the first one at the health care clinic and I arrived 10-15 minutes before they opened. I knew I was early. The office staff was phenomenal. She explained I was early (I knew and she was not patronizing) with care, and that she could not get me scheduled until they had medical staff. She was AWESOME! The medical staff did not arrive until late. The nurse arrived on-time or just a few minutes late and she was ready to go. She was helpful as well. The PA or Doctor (Austin) was late. I'm not sure what time he arrived. My meeting with him was super short, and felt rushed. With all the doctors/PA's I've had with OMG, I've never felt rushed. I think there was one other person behind me, but the appointment just felt super super rushed. When I've had this problem in the past, the doctor or PA would look at me and examine me closely and then repeat the process. He looked once, made a determination, and then told me I didn't have an infection. That's usually great news, and I do hope he was correct. If an infection develops, I'm going to be super angry. I do think he was correct, so I apologize for doubting him, but the quality of care felt so rushed that I did not have a good feeling. And the other thing, I was at the Health Clinic for a nearly a full hour. I was 3-5 minutes short of being there an hour even though I was the very first patient and I spent no more than 3 minutes with the Doctor/PA. It was obvious he was running late, but I hated how that then felt taken out on me.

I had waited over an hour for the walk in visit, in which I was second in line. I had asked the receptionist about how long it might be and she said 20-30 minutes. The nurse took weight and vitals, asked main questions and took notes on the computer. I had waited 20 minutes for that. Then she left and said the doctor would be in soon. I assumed would be 15 minutes or so. It was 45 minutes. He came in, no apologies, they had asked me if I was "dying to know if I had the flu" and I said if you need to take one then yes that's fine. I said you're the doctor and I'd like to be treated as a patient to know what I have. They did not test which was fine with me. The doctor was In and said we could do a Z pack or steroids.. I said I was hesitant to take antibiotics because we didn't know what virus or bacterial infection I had. I had been coughing for a long time and had major pain in my shoulder and neck area. I was hoping he would offer knowledge as to what was going on with that and he did not. Maybe it seemed like I was trying to get pain treatment which I was not. I just wanted to make sure my lungs weren't infected or something. I had mentioned swelling and inflammation and he said steroids would take care of that and I could take ibuprofen with that. I had looked them up and it said not to take steroids and ibuprofen together. He prescribed me albuterol and steroids for whatever infection I still have. I didn't like the way the albuterol made me feel so I didn't take it. I was unsure of his advice and I felt he did not listen to me about my cough and pain. He couldn't answer about what I had and I felt like I wasn't listened to. After all I would have rather have had the x pack knowing I can take that with ibuprofen for inflammation. I would not go back.

I never saw the physician today. I checked in at 12:20. There were 3 patients in the waiting room and no one was called back the 15min I was there. I knew it was going to be a long wait, so I left. I received a call from this office at 1:20pm. I'd have waited for an hour if I stayed plus however long I'd be in the actual room waiting for the doctor. I understandbeing patient but when you're n it feeling well and in minor pain, an hour long wait is too much for anyone.

We had an amazing experience today! The receptionist was very prompt on greeting us as soon as walked in, and the medical assistant was calling him back before I could even sit down! We were in and out in an hour, and that included xrays. I was very impressed with their compassion, how willing they were to sit with my older child while I went with [NAME] for his xray. Thank you Oaklawn!

I waited over 2 1/2 hrs to seen seen for 5 minutes to be told to go to the er... Where I sat another 4 hrs... I will not be coming back... My face is swollen and it feels like I got hit by a truck...even though the er dr could check my file and see that I don't abuse pain ills, but wouldn't even give me an ibuprofen... Gotta love that drs over-perscribed pills got everyone addicted to them and now legit people in pain cant get nothing...at least the guy at urgent care was nice...

The wait time was quite lengthy but I didn't have a scheduled appointment and was just happy to see someone. All the staff were courteous and professional. I especially wanted to mention the nurse Amy who took me back to the exam room. She so easy yo speak to and she got right down to business. She took care of the prep before the provider saw me. I worked HR for many years, and thought her attitude and general demeanor could be used for a training video. She was busy and didn't hang around to just chat. But she made feel at ease while she was gathering current information. I was very impressed with her.

The urologist office called me the same day for an appointment the following day. Austin provided service based on my condition. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Austin.Pease make sure he sees this.Thank you.

When prescription drugs were prescribed they should always call the Walgreens pharmacy Ahead of time to make sure the patient gets the medication that same day. I didn't get the prescription the same day, due to they closed, but if they had called I might have gotten it in the other Walgreens pharmacy the same day. I had to call them to make sure my prescription was ready for pick up. Sunday morning the following day I went to pick up my medication.

Austin spent less than 5 minutes assessing me. After glancing at my ears and writing a prescription I had to ask if he was going to look at my throat. He then glanced at that. Didn't check my lymph nodes nor swab me for strep. Just said take the antibiotics for 10 days and it should cover both.
