Professional Statement
Austin Lutz received his bachelor of science degree in Major Interdisciplinary Health Services from Western Michigan University. He continued his education at the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Drexel University where he obtained his masters degree of health sciences as Physician Associate.
His experience includes work in an urgent care setting where he examined and diagnosed pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Lutz also worked as a Lead ER Tech where he performed phlebotomy, ear irrigations, CPR, EKGs, etc. His past experience also includes working as a home health aide.

The receptionist could of been a little warmer, but she wasn't rude. The experience overall was great. The MA,student and Austin were great. I felt listened to and not rushed through.

Staff members were exceptional. As busy as they were, they were very attentive to my needs, made sure I understood everything they were doing for my care. Asked questions, showed concern for my comfort, care and wellbeing. Would definitely recommend them for medical care and attention.
