The office staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Nicolson's assistant Toby is kind; makes you feel at ease and knowledgeable. Dr Nicolson listens and communicates well, knowledgeable and highly professional. I always learn something new that helps me to be healthier.

I'm to monitor my blood pressure level.

Instead of phone calls after hours I emailed the doctor through MYCHART.

Dr. Nicholson is wonderful. Never feel rushed when seeing her. Has a way of explaining so you totally understand always takes time to answer any and all questions/concerns. Office staff is amazing as well.

Love My PCP and the staff at this office. When I arrived for my appointment, two of the staff members were in the waiting area wiping down all the furniture, counters, door handles to help prevent the spread of any flu or other illnesses They said they do it several times a day. I appreciate that as I don't need to catch a bug when I go to the doctor.

Dr. Nicholson is always generous with her time and has a compassionate attitude. I'm glad she's my doctor.

I've said this before, but the meetings with Dr. Nicholson always feel collaborative and she listens to your concerns and provides thoughtful and informed explanations.

Dr. Carrie is simply the bestshe saved my life by acting quicklyshe always takes the time to listen. Love this doctor!

I genuinely value her care and the extra steps she takes to make sure concerns are addressed. It's rare to find a provider who is both so knowledgeable and so compassionate.

To long waiting period from time was taken into exam room

I've never found a negative issue with this provider, or anyone from this office.

I commend Dr. Nicholson in being proactive when she noticed my elevated heart rate and ordering an EKG and also recommending that I go to an ER and retest and follow-up. The end result being admitted to the hospital and having a cardiac catheterization performed.

She is one of the best doctors ever.

Always feel Dr. Nicholson is up-to-date on info about medical issues. Greatly appreciate the time Dr. Nicholson spends with me at my annual wellness visit.

The young man who took my vitals was professional, good listener and communicator. Dr Nicholson was also professional, thorough and caring. I always learn so much when I have my appointments. I have clear goals and plans for my health.
