Dr Cecilia is a very nice and understanding doctor. She's also very courteous and understanding of what my medical concerns are.

CC and Crystal are so kind, never rush you and always take the time to listen to your concerns! I have lots of confidence and comfort in my healthcare with them on my team!

She and her staff are friendly, caring, and very easy to talk too. They listen carefully and explain things very well.

When I made the appointment, I specified.I needed injections in my knee. When I get there on my appointment date that specific physician informed me that the specialist that does the injections was not at this facility This day. This was very disheartening because I was really in enough pain to need these injections. Then, I had to call the specialist at a different location to find the soonest appointment. It seems like the receptionist should have known and told me that I needed to Make an appointment another day or another location,to get what I needed done. I had already taken off time from work to make this appointment.And now I have to do it again.

The doctors & nurses are great, but I am not happy overall with Oaklawn Medical. It used to be that I felt concerned about. Now I feel that money payments are more important. We wait forever for appointments but not to be billed. Many people are talking about the change in the administration and many of us are considering finding a new medical group.

I keep coming back (even though it had been over a year!) because of the quality care provided. Very well done!

Did not see familiar with current situation of possible surgery. Not aware of gastrointestinal issues. Stated she would fax meds to pharmacy yet it wasn't done. Had to call clinic to get them done.

She is always polite and takes her time with me.

My PCP is Dr. Liston-Crandell in Marshall, MII'd sent a message about my symptoms. Her Nurse was kind enough to get me this afternoon appointment with Cecelia here in Coldwater. I was able to drive there, pickup my medication prescribed and was able to be home taking my first Antibiotic with some crackers. Then taking a restful long nap.

Cecilia took her time; answered all of my questions, showed great empathy while being professional.

The provider showed only passing concern about my mental health issues. Was too willing to delegate to someone else when I think we could have adequately addressed my issues. I was disappointed in her response.

I'm very pleased with Cecilia. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed - She is "1 in a million" talks to me like she really cares about me and I'm sure she does.

I had a BP issue after a recent surgical procedure. I was unable to contact anyone at the office at the time of the episode. I was told provider was out until Monday, 4 days later. No one offered to check with provider or another provider in the office. I left a message on the patient portal and was contacted by the office on Monday, for an urgent issue.

This was my first appointment with CeCe. I switched over from Dr. Burns at the Tekonsha office. I did not feel comfortable talking to Dr. Burns, she seems opinionated on certain subjects.

If l was not completely happy with my provider l would change. These questions are very wierd, as l sm very happy with my provider.

Cecelia always listens to me. This is very important to me. She takes my concerns seriously and follows up with me after she suggests a treatment or gives a referral. I have a few chronic health conditions and Cecelia knows them and takes them into consideration when addressing acute problems.
