The wait time was an hour from the time I arrived to seeing the provider. And then an hour to get an xray done

I went to the Tekonsha office because that's where I thought the appointment was but discovered it was closed and the appt iwas in Marshall. I knew I would be late so I called the office and they were very kind and told me they would get me in when I arrived. I was only five minutes late, but they were very kind and courteous to me. I appreciate their understanding! I have always had great service from Chrissy Nult and Dr. Liston Crandall!

Chrissy always remembers everything we talked about at my previous visits and follows-up - it doesn't feel forced or "routine". Her concern and disposition makes me feel important and gives me confidence that she wants what is best for my health - physically and mentally. I could not recommend her to my friends and family enough!!

Chrissy is the best. She is thorough in her approach and excellent at making sure the patient feels understood/heard and checking to make sure that health care decisions feel reasonable to them. I appreciate and trust her professional experience every time I have an appointment with her.

I feel that a more physical exam should have been given, since it has been over a year since having an office visit. I could have been informed of my b.p.that was taken and told of how the heart sounded after it was checked.

I was pleased that oaklwan in Olivet could find a Dr to see me who is equal to or better than my typical provider. I felt in very good hands. My overall take away was the outstanding happiness of everyone I met employed at the Marshall location.First impressions are valuable!

Due to a misunderstanding I arrived at the Tekonsha office when the appt was actually in Marshall. Thankfully the Marshall staff was able to work my appt in anyway. Since this was a pre-op visit, I was so grateful to Chrissie & staff for making it work.

Nault is by far my favorite doctor to see both in and outside of Oaklawn. She always seems to care, remember previous visits, and has a friendly/personable demeanor.

Chrissy was fantastic, she showed a lot of respect and knowledge for an appointment I only expected to be seeing her once for. Highly considering returning for future care. Patient, kind, thorough, and really resonated with me on my issues.

I have been struggling with menopause symptoms for the last several years. I have just now realized that pretty much all my symptoms that have been previously treated with antidepressants have actually been reduced or alleviated altogether with hrt that I sought out on my own nearly 3 weeks ago. I've had conversations with both the PA I saw recently and my PCP about hrt and I understand that it can increase the risk of cancer. We discussed the brain fog and memory issues as a big concern in my current work role, but the focus always seemed to be on hot flashes and medication that could control them. Desperate to feel like my brain was working again, I signed up for a trial with an online provider for an hrt regimen. In my most recent visit, I was open about the experience and how I haven't felt as much like "me" in a long time. The PA, who has always been wonderful and supportive when I met with her, came in the room with a student shadowing her and said, "So I understand [NAME] hooked you up." She seemed irritated. I shared that within a few days of starting it, I felt better than I had in a long time. My brain felt clear, and even though none of the stressors I have been dealing with over the last few years have gone away, I don't feel anxious like I had been for so long. I said my preference would be to manage this with my current care providers instead of doing this online. She promptly responded, "I can tell you right now I would never write you a script for this." She said that there are 4 ob/gyns, two men, two women, in the office upstairs or I could go elsewhere. She then added that one of the medications prescribed is twice the dose she knows should be prescribed, and that most of her patients are on a quarter of the dose. I said, "alright... I guess if I need to see someone upstairs I can do that." She said she would write me a referral. Told me if I wanted to stop the Effexor and Wellbutrin, I didn't need to wean off them because I was on such a low dose, just to do one at a time. Our conversation lasted maybe 5 minutes and I was glad because it was really uncomfortable. I had never experienced this from her before - she was always very kind and caring up until then. I know everyone has a bad day, so I am not going to hold it against her personally. However, I think the abruptness was inappropriate especially considering there was a student observing. Secondly, I felt I was being chastised for advocating for myself and my health needs. In no way was I confrontational about this, and it truly caught me off guard. I wish she would have been willing to talk more about how to go forward with more appropriate dosing. A couple days ago I shared my experience with a friend who is also navigating menopause. She told me I should consider a new provider who will listen to me and be open to having a more genuine conversation about options, especially at this stage in life. I will probably look into her suggestions.

I came in for a suspected bladder infection, I was already very uncomfortable, I gave a urine sample, that was Inconclusive, so it had to be sent to the lab..i was asked to wait for a prescription, when I called the next day to check on receiving meds, I was told the sample WAS LOST.. I had to return to Marshall & leave another sample. More uncomfortable still.. WHO LOSES A LAB SAMPLE?? Fortunately, a med was prescribed..
