He seems much more personable than the first time I saw him. He is very professional and willing to answer questions.

Went to get a biopsy to see if I have cancer from a lump in my neck, waited a month over when I was supposed to get the results. They came back with “clear bill of health” Now my lump in my neck is even bigger than it was continuing to grow & I have no idea still what it is. I never got an explanation of what it was. So now I need to find someone else to help me

I had a very good experience at Oakland hospital all the associates a very polite courteous and it all around very nice people to talk to and to be around and my doctor Christopher gaffa he was an amazing doctor I like the fact that he let me know that the two bones in my left ear were severed making it where I can't hear and now I know what the problem is so I get to get to have surgery on my ear so I will be able to hear it again and thank you guys so much again for helping me get things done to find out what's going on and thank you very much to all the associates that help me and everything thank you again and I would recommend your hospital to everybody

Jakob has been with Dr. Sterrett for 20 years so I wasn't sure how he would adjust to the new doctor. I definitely wasn't sure how I felt with surgery being scheduled right away. Now we have 2 surgeries in the book and I can honestly say Dr. Sterrett left us in good hands. Dr. Gaffga has been amazing at accommodating Jakob's needs.
