My overall care and experience with Dakota and all other personnel was excellent. All treated me in a friendly and not intimidating manner! I am a retired RN and will definitely recommend Oaklawn care

All the staff at Oaklawn Urgent Care at the Marshall location were fantastic. We got there about 10:30am and were seen right away. The medical assistants were very thorough with our symptoms and medical history. The doctor was also very thorough in his exam and explanation of what was going on. Overall an excellent experience.

I came in because I was worried my nose may be broken from my 200lb dog hitting me in the face. A concussion wasn't even on my radar, but the doctor mentioned he was worried I may have one. I kind of disregarded that, as I thought he was overreacting. Well, 8 hours later I was in the ER getting a CT scan (which was clear) for a concussion. He was absolutely right. Its been over a week and I still feel awful, so, if he reads this, let him know he was right. Good doctor, A+

I usually go to the Battle Creek VA for my medical needs but I had the flu so bad that I was severely dehydrated so I called the VA to authorize a visit to the urgent Care. I walked in but I kept getting worse so I got a ride in an ambulance to the emergency room here and they admitted me and pretty much brought me back to life. The doctors and staff were more than awesome can't speak highly enough about them. They saved my life.

Dakota is so great he explains everything in detail you never walk out of his office wondering if you understood anything

We have a few similar offices within walking distance yet we choose to drive the nearly 20 minutes to receive this exceptional care. We continually recommend Oaklawn facilities to our Battle Creek neighbors. Good health care is worth traveling for.

I need to work on diet!

I had an appointment and they called me wanted to know if I'd like to come in earlier than original appt. So I did, then I was in the exam room for over an hour before Dr came in. Then he only came in because I went and told him he was over an hour late!!

Dakota is a wonderful human being, that really cares about his patients!

Dakota went above and beyond. The staff was very helpful and experienced. Everyone was very courteous and made me feel comfortable and confident doing their job. I would love for Dakota to be my primary care physician.

Took an absurd amount of time. I went for help and left with no answers. I left a voicemail to call back for x ray results and I called 3x with no answer to obtain said results. Absolutely displeased.

Very glad I changed physicians - happy with present provider.

Your dr.'s are not the problem, it's your admin.

The overall visit went well. The doctor was great. But I am still waiting on the results for my son's xray. I was told I would get them today. I called the office and even left a message. No response back. I'd like to know where I need to go from here. Is it fractured? Does he need a cast? Can he keep playing football? Just some questions I'd like an answer to. Thank you

Dakota, in my opinion, is one of the best!

I think the provider had good intentions. However, he didn't appear to be interested in what I thought as he just made decisions based on my symptoms. I have had sinus infections for at least the last 40 yrs. of my life & do know if I have one and what usually works - He did not ask what I thought. He also made me wait 2 additional days to get an antibiotic because he "wasn't sure" I had an infection.

I appreciated this Urgent Care getting me in quickly today.

Anytime I have called the tekonsha office to leave a message for my providers MA it will take two weeks before I receive a call back. This appointment I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Horrible wait time.

I have doctor's offices in Battle Creek that I could literally walk to but I choose to drive the 25 minutes to Dakota Yeaster's office because of the level of care that we receive. Medicine practice the way it should be.

The staff were amazing. I brought my toddler in there and was so scared, but they made everything a breeze.

Dakota yester is the best doctor I have had and I've been looking for a good one for over 20 years. He is amazing and I had my husband switch over to him from Henry ford.

Dakota is super nice and puts me at ease especially when I explain a problem and he empathizes with me! He has an excellent bedside manner!

Always impressed by this walk in clinic

I loved the speed of the service provided, the prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy according to the pharmacy was a little slow. But other than that everything was great.

Dakota was easy to talk to and gave me such good direction on what I should do going forward with this strange rash I have. What he thought the cause may be was exactly right - I'm allergic to aloe. Once I stopped putting aloe on the sunburn and rash, it got better and itching got better. He put things in place in case rash got worse or wouldn't heal - like put in a prescription for steroids IF I needed them, which I didn't. Advised to get appt with dermatologist ASAP. I did but not sure I will need to go since rash is slowly getting better already.

The only poor experience I have had was with the idiotic program that was started with Care Harmony. The person or persons that set up this program ought to have their head examined.

Was very thorough. Gave me some tools to help with my health.
