I am extremely happy with this office and employees.

Dr. Swender is exceptional. He is caring, sympathetic, obviously deeply invested in his patients. He has helped me so much over the years with my allergies. I feel Oaklawn is making a huge mistake in eliminating this practice from OMG services.

Dr Swender is very knowledgeable. Oaklawn is making a huge mistake by closing the Asthma/Allergy Clinic.

Very helpful & professional - the whole group!

When you're told to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, but then you're made to wait half an hour in the tiny exam room with children (who have now been waiting 45 minutes, including the 15 minutes in the waiting room) you aren't going to be very pleased.

I feel blessed to have care with excellent professionals like Dr Swender. Dr. Swender has provided top level care for my asthma that has allowed me to receive prompt treatment and additional exploration to better understand if there are additional causations and remediation I can initiate myself to help myself.

My seven-year-old son said this doctor is his favorite of all of his providers. He loved every single staff member during our peanut allergy testing.

Dr.Comai referred me to this Dr.this Dr. Listened to my worries and when no other Dr. Or PA would listen to me and what I have. He agreed with me and made me feel like he really heard me and is trying to solve my issues. I totally like this Dr.

Dr. Swender and his staff treated me with kindness, dignity and respect. They were patient with me, took their time explaining my pulminary testing and the results. The atmosphere at Dr. Swender's office is warm and inviting. He and his staff are invested in my health and helping ne manage it. You really feel validated and valued. They treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. Their care, competence and expertise is extraordinary. I am so grateful to be a patient of theirs. Appreciate these folks, like family.

Doctor Swender is very professional knowledgeable kind and attentive to my medical needs and his staff is professional and kind during my visits.

Great experience

The doctor took time to discuss an anomaly in my asthma and eosinophil count and allowed me to explain my observations fully. The doctor and I are very much aligned to reduce my medications. Together we are careful to work closely with other doctors that have also prescribed medicines for me.

Dr Swender is extremely kind and does the best job in including me in the decision making for my current symptoms. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Although I waited more than 15 min. -> this is very rare. Dr. Swender has been a consistent help in my improving health. I started seeing him years ago - hardly able to take a deep breath. I can now walk 10 _____ with no issues! Huge help! My health continues to improve and Dr. Swender is a vital part of this.

I appreciate that Dr. Swender continues to look for ways to help my asthma including trying new approaches to treatment. On top of that, he makes sure treatments are affordable, even checking and then printing a coupon in order to lower my prescription price.

This doctor is exceptional and it extends to his staff as well. Always professional, shows genuine concern for answering my questions and pleasant in doing so. I would be very sad if I had to find another office to meet the medical care I receive there. I have had a couple other doctors with Oaklawn that I was very happy with but they didn't seem to stay with Oaklawn; not sure why. If David Swender should leave not sure if I will want to continue with Oaklawn physicians. VERY HAPPY WITH DR SWENDER!

Dr Swender and his team are always amazing. They are always kind, courteous, and helpful. I never feel uncomfortable or disrespected. It's a great office to visit! I started seeing him when I only lived about 12 minutes from his office. I now live 30 minutes away but still drive to see him because I have that much trust and confidence in him.

I gave full confidence in Dr. Dave. Great listener, he's knowledgeable, professional, I and goes in depth.

He is trying to help me find out what is going on and why. This was the very first time I seen him and I had to wait to get in. He was very nice and willing to work with me!

Oaklawn has a professional staff and I highly recommend this health service.

I ended up walking out of the doctors office because I waited 45 minutes and had not seen the physician yet. Horrible terrible.

Overall care was excellent. Dr. Swender was very attentive and answered all questions. The wait time was very long. Our appointment was at 2p, we didn't get seen by the doctor until 2:50 and didn't leave rhe office until after 4p.

Very thorough & easy to understand.

Dr Swender was very much informed with my medical history and other physicians. His coordination and cooperation with other physicians is commendable. This visit was to monitor my status. I leveraged it with medical questions concerning my prescriptions. I did thank him directly for his quality of care and expertise.

Dr. Swender is one of the few doctors that not only takes time to understand the issue, but works hard to fully explain options in a way that helps me feel like I'm making good informed decisions about my health.

We were early to this appointment to fill out the paperwork we were taken back after the appointment time and then waited 45 minutes in the room no doctor we left. We will not be back that is not how you treat people my grandson is a boy I need to show him that your time is just as valuable as a doctors

We like Dr Swander and he knows his stuff. However we were there for 2 1/2 hours for an 8:30 appt. We arrived 10 min early, Waited for long time in waiting room and even longer when went back. Appointment accomplished what we needed, but I had to take a 1/2 day off for a simple follow up appt. Did do scratch test but total time spent with doc including time to run the test would be 30 minutes max. Rest of time was waiting. Frustrating experience so I would not recommend to others.

Dr. Swender is a remarkable doctor, caring, patient, & talks so I can understand what he says!
