Dr. Hiren Patel attended Medical School at B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York where he also worked at Northport Veteran’s Affairs. He was Primary Care Chief Resident at Northport VA Medical Centre following his residency and continued with a Rheumatology fellowship at Stony Brook University Hospital. After his fellowship he was a Rheumatology Physician at the Arthritis and Osteoporosis treatment center in Florida and continued his career thereafter as a Rheumatology Physician in Indiana.

Really doesn’t have much to say & when he does, it’s not very helpful or informative. I miss Dr Hall & am looking for a more investigative rheumatologist like her.

Really nice doctor I just wished he would have spoken a little bit louder I'm hard of hearing and he was seated a ways from me he has a real soft spoken voice makes it even harder to hear maybe next time I suggest he sits closer like at my primary office dr and p.a. do

It was obvious that Dr. Patel really looked over my file before my visit with him. Often times with Doctors having so many patients, you feel like you get lost in the shuffle. This was not the case with Dr. Patel. I am very thankful. I feel that he is helping me a lot and he is ordered tests and x-rays to find out what is causing my ailments. Thank you, Dr. Patel:)

Listened and took notes from my comments. Changed my medication which should be a start to help my path to better health. First of 3 Dr that agreed that steroids might be the med changed I need.
