Jamie Kantola I believe is a very competent doctor and has great wisdom at what she wants us to do and the advice is very well given. She's friendly and she cares. She doesn't come across in any way like she's just ready to get In-N-Out of the exam room as fast as you can. She cares and she spends time with her patients

She's always late getting to work. Usually about 45 minutes to an hour before I get my appointment other than that. She's perfect.

My appt was for 4pm. I got to the office at 3;45 as requested. Sat in the waiting area until 4:45.

Dr. Kantola really treats me with respect and kindness. I desire real collaborative decision making with my health and she respects that. She is usually late regardless of the appointment in the am or pm but she never rushes me and I am more than happy to forgive her delays assuming she treats her other patients the same way she treats me.

I have always enjoyed my visits to this office.I drive over 20 miles each way to this office and it is worth it.The Dr. And staff are excellent to deal with and its almost like visiting friends.Excellent care.

Medical assistant was very nice & patient with me. I appreciate that. I trust Dr. Kantola and am very grateful to have her as my primary physician.

Being in my 70s and sharing old-people problems with someone so young could be hard, but she is very knowledgeable about my issues and listens and does what she says she will do. That makes it all worth the extra bit of driving to see her.

I really like DR Kantola, she listens to me and explains things clearly and before she leaves the exam room she makes sure I don't have anything else I need before she leaves

Dr has not checked feet for diabetic numbness in the last several exams. I don't feel a complete physical exam has been done over the last several years.

Dr Kantola is a great doctor.

When patient has an annual physical appointment with the patient, please allow up to 30 minutes and not15 minutes when scheduling. Also, at least 30 minutes or > should be scheduled for new patients.

Wonderful doctor!

Only issue I have is the amount of time at the office. Got there before my appt time and spent an hour there before I seen my doctor. I lost and hour and a half of work just waiting to do a med check.

I love this doctor office. They always treat you like family.

Extremely happy with Dr Kantola overall

I left Dr. Gates's office and transferred to Dr. Kantola's office because of the challenges trying to get an appointment with Dr. Gates. This has been a good decision.

Waited 45 minutes and we were the first appointment.

Everybody that is involved in this office is amazing. I always get respected never any attitude like other places I've been. Dr kantola is amazing and she's helped me a lot since I've been there I appreciate everybody there.
