I would definitely recommend for urgent care this provider.

Good visit

I was impressed that the MA, immediately introduced herself when came out to get me from the waiting room. She also said that "Jeff" would be in shortly to see me. That alone made me feel valued and that I was seen as a person. Also, the two receptionists were courteous and helpful. I felt respected during this entire visit. I was in/out of there in just about 30 minutes.

Everything went well

My appointment was at the Express Care, was not with my regular PCP. I felt like I wasn't evaluated as thoroughly as I should have been. I had to ask what medications he was prescribing and why. The provider was very nice.

I was given a prescription last week at another walk-in health clinic the was detrimental to me kidney issues.My previous Dr retired on Feb 1, no notice about his retiring only that his office was moving to another location. That office called me to make an appointment with another Dr?? I was left without a Dr when I came down sick on Sunday after the phone call to schedule with another Dr. So I was left with a walk-in care which I had gone to before. With good results.My new Dr I had signed up with was on Maternity leave for another month. I tried Bronson Emrrgency yesterday and sat through more than 3 hours of rooms full of coughing and no idea if I would ever get and come down with the worse coughing myself. I come home and wrapped my clothing including my coat in a sealed bag so I could was them today. This morning I remembered your urgent care on blackly and had been there many times before. I went there never thinking about new owners just needed help. Everyone was very good and quick once their computers decided to wake up. Very slow computer in reception. Took papers sat diwm to fill them out and medical assistant come to escort me to a room. I was still unaware of new ownership. Insignia' all over but my eye didn't register the name until I was sent to the restroom. Small bathroom with signs on mirrors and wall that said Oaklawn Care! I have been to their facility for several years so all the paperwork had my info from many years ago when I had knee surgeries. My shirt time at Oaklawn today was very welcome and the Dr? Mr Lee was very accommodating order.another antibiotic they hopefully will do me good I have been on it before the other prescription I was given last Sunday was very detrimental to my kidneys.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Provider and MA were very courteous and respectful. Provider explained things in a way I could understand and provided options for treatment.

Express / Urgent Care provided great valuable service when regular PCP or Specialty Dr was unavailable without appointment or outside regular hours.

He is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend him.

I really appreciated the care I got from all the staff in the exam rooms. I did feel like the person who checked me in , being the face you first see when coming in, should be more friendly. We all have rough days so it definitely won't keep me from coming back or referring someone. Just a small thought.

The reason I ended up in battle Cree clinic is because I went to the Marshall one and not even the lady waitin on me but another worker behind her from the moment I walked in with my daughter to be seen she was on me how there was an hour long wait and I would beebtter off going to the Albion or Battle Creek office mind you I already drove from Quincy and didn't mind waiting an hour as if I was to go to a hospital sometimes the wait there is over an hour I didn't get the ladies name but she was an older lady that was working last night in the Marshall office I didn't appreciate how she treated us and my daughter dad was on his way as well with her brother an I ended up having him just come to the Battle Creek office so he didn't have to go through what I went through

My friend tested positive for influenza A and I was with them and I live with him so they were nice enough to give me the flu flu test to sign me in right in the room didn't have me come out. I too was positive so he went ahead and ordered me and my stuff that I needed to. So I was very happy that he was able to treat both of us so we could both start getting better cuz we have a vacation planned in March that we don't need to be sick for

This provider could immediately tell I was in pain. He was very understanding and compassionate toward me and about my condition. I wish I could see a doctor like him for my regular care.

Jeff and the staff were very professional and personable. He listened to what I had to say without treating me like an old woman that didn't know what she was talking about. I truly appreciate because recently when receiving healthcare that hasn't been the case. Keep up the good work!

X-ray technician was very helpful and kind as well. I'm sure you all see crazy things on the regular, and probably deal with even crazier people, the kindness and respect I was given throughout the entire visit from everyone- even though I was in pain and probably not the nicest. This was my first time going to Express Care on Beckley Rd and had a great experience. Jeffrey Lee NP and his staff were very kind and helpful. The building was also very clean and I was able to be seen right away. Highly recommend !

The reason I saw Jeff was because I had an eye infection and went to urgent care on Beckley Road in Battle Creek to seek treatment. I was checked in immediately and taken to a room Immediately. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very impressive. He explained what I have and prescribed an antibiotic. I was very happy with my visit!!

[NAME] came home early from school complaining of pain in his right ear. We went to Express Care and he was seen right away. The nurse taking his vitals was very kind and thorough. The doctor was friendly and helpful. Both providers were professional and personable. They spoke directly to [NAME] as the patient instead of just asking me for information as his mother. [NAME} was seen and cared for in a very timely manner and we both felt better after the appointment. Thank you so much!

I had a good team helping me at my visit, From the MA, the provider and the X-ray tech were very helpful and made me feel like they were listening I just came in for an X-ray of my left ankle to know how to proceed in figuring out what is going on in that leg. There was some break down in communication because I had asked the office to call me with the results and I didn't hear anything until Saturday after I sent a message in Athena requesting the results.

This was urgent care. I was able to get in quickly, had a chest X-ray, on sitevery convenient. Jeffrey Lee did an excellent job!

It was fine. I had a nasty rash on my neck and he mentioned about me maybe coming in contact with anything. It probably was from a plant on my fence that scratched across my neck that caused this infection or rash

This was my first visit to Med Express for a condition my usual FNP was unavailable until next month. I arrived approximately. 1:30pm and was seen and X-rayed quickly, however, I was then forgotten and finally had to come out of my room to see what was going on. I was the only patient there and It seems they did forgot me. The FNP quickly came In, called In an RX and I left approximately 3:30.

All the staff I encountered at the express care and Battle Creek treated me with kindness and expedited my needs. I will definitely return here and recommend express care to family and friends.

The visit was for a sprained ankle, I needed X-rays and the X-ray lady knew it and made me walk from the room to the X-ray area and never helped me or stood by me in case I fell never offered a wheelchair. She had no concern for the pain I was in or what it might do to my ankle.

Never laugh at a patient no matter how silly you might think their visit is. The last year I have been dealing with very bad gastritis that has put me in the hospital. I thought I may have a hernia because while working out I see in the middle of my chest a lump I've never seen while pressing. I do the logical thing and go to get it checked out on a day I have time as I work a lot and the Dr laughs and says it's part of my sternum bone. In 37 years I have never seen this "bone". Then he just shakes his head and asks if I would like to have an ultrasound and then is very smug the rest of the visit. Very unprofessional attitude and is the perfect example of what people are talking about these days with the attitudes of some of these Drs and why so many things in our country go unnoticed until it is too late. I would say do better but no one takes these things serious. Thx

Absolutely phenomenal. I called because it was going to be close w closing time but I was cox corned w child's asthma. They got her right in and seen right away. Super impressed w care knowledge and understanding phenomenal staff drs and nurses and xray technician

Exemplary performance by the entire Oaklawn staff.

I want to invent a pain measuring device so the pain can be transferred to the the provider for a week or two with nothing but Tylenol in case Ibuprofen is not approved for the patient because of a previous issue.

Every time I see this young doctor he is always in a good mood, ask questions, listen to what I'm concerned about. I live 25 minutes from this location and where I live there is another oaklawn urgent care but I'd rather drive to the Battle Creek location for the great service!

10 stars, had problems breathing because of the air quality from the Canadien fires. They got me right in and got me a breathing treatment and script for inhaler. I left feeling so much better

This doctor is very nice every time I've seen him and has listened and asked if there is anything else I need. He never blows my concerns off and always comes to a resolution to my problem.

Did not listen to how I was feeling with the swelling above my eye. Squeezed the bump and made it worse after I left and left bruising around it

I recommend Oaklawn Express Care in Battle Creek to everyone. Everytime I go in there the wait times are almost nonexistent, the front desk people are great, and the providers are fantastic. I've never left feeling like they didn't do an outstanding job. I've driven from Lansing just to go here because I knew they would give me the care I needed. I've seen 3 different providers here over the last few years and I have nothing but praise for all of them.

The only thing was, the after hrs phone last was rude.i tried 2x I didn't know spelling of my dr, she was impatient I called at 7:15amjust before switched to dr office.i waited and called and got a nicer receptionist from real office

This was an urgent care visit-my first in the Oak Lawn system. My regular provider did not have any openings and recommended urgent care.

Express Care do not see on regular basis I Was sent for eval & treatment but immune specialist Allergy reaction had a rash forming needed steroid Got shot got pills got cream scripts I'm good Nice Dr/NP but I don't see them all the time just in a pinch.Thanks for concern

I had two major concerns. He combined them into one treatment plan. I was shivering with fever; he did not take my temperature or blood pressure.

There was no hands on by provider, in wother words, physical exam nor by nursing staff.

I was very satisfied with everyone at the urgent care. They treated me respect and kindness. I was telling everyone how wonderful the urgent care is.

I was not only impressed but also very thankful for the impeccable care I received.

They were not very busy,but had to waite over an hour to be seen.Rays were taken. Then I sat there in the room forover 3 hours. Finaly I asked if I was forgotten.They said they had to waite for some to read the trays of my hand.They said to go and they would call me.Finaly at 4:28 pm I got the return call.This was in Battle Creek. I usually go to Oaklaww in Marshall, I get great service there.And No one ever came back in to say it would be so long of a waite until I complained.

So grateful this facility is located in Battle Creek, nearer to me. It's my only trusted provider here, until I get established soon with a new provider at OMG Beadle lake office. Excellent holistic,compassionate care. Thanks

My poison Ivy was giving me much difficulty and the provider seemed to realize this and gave me Predisone which is helping. I am still very tired and sweating but I believe the redness is starting to go away and the itching is starting to stop. Thank you for the relief. I am still going through quite a bit of itching cream though.

It was a Sunday and I was thankful Oaklawn Urgent Care open & close to my house. I usually go to Bongers but they not open on Sunday.

Very good experience for my son

This was a visit to Urgent Care

Saw him at Urgent Care for assumed Pink Eye although he did no test. I had bad allergic reaction to eye drops he prescribed, but neither of us knew I was going to be allergic.

Limited on time, and they got me right in. Everyone very friendly. Doc was great!

I was being treated for a bad fall with major bruising on my chest and back. I had a series of x-rays and was advised there was no apparent rib damage, but x-rays would be viewed by a radiologist and I would be called with results. I never was called and I'm still in a lot of pain with major bruising!

He was the only one who helped me. I have been sick with a cough that would not go away and he prescribed the stuff for me so he was very good and I am very thankful for him.

He disregarded a family history allergy to a medicine, and prescribed it. He didn't care to read the chart, I pointed it out, and he then continued to prescribe it.

He was really nice and caring

The care I received from check in to check out was phenomenal. All staff were friendly and professional. [NAME] was friendly and kind while checking me in. [NAME] did a great job with the intake and the caring of my injury. The X-ray technician was professional and polite and took care to ensure he did not bump my injury moving through doorways in a wheelchair. Jeff provided wonderful care addressing my injury, concerns and questions as well as my husband's questions and concerns. It was a stellar experience all around, and I would not hesitate to refer someone to Beckley Express.
