Dr. Wert is exceptional. I presented to the Albion Oaklawn walk-in clinic due to a potentially serious health concern. Dr. Wert talked with me about my concerns and carefully asked questions about my medical history beyond her review of my file. The results of my exam relieved me of my primary concern. She then explained treatment options. I was able to pick up medication today. Her thorough & speedy action resulted in my ability to pick up medication at my pharmacy on Sunday. I leave for a 9 day vacation in 24 hours. I can now get on a plane with peace of mind! Plus Dr. Wert was cheerful and pleasant.

Jenie Wert stays on top of my health care issues and makes sure any test or follow up care is done on a timely manner

Just went in for an annual wellness check.

This was a followup to a visit to your Emergency Room for high blood pressure and high glucose following Knee Surgery and swelling and heat from Right knee.

I struggle to get to see my regular nurse practitioner, I got a call this morning saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled and I got scheduled with Jenni Wert. She listened and was able to quickly diagnose me and get medications sent to a pharmacy. I felt confident in her abilities and she was very personable. I would see her again.

This was my first visit. It was very pleasant and helpful.

This group is very professional and courteous. I am happy to have them for my provider.

I have seen my provider Jeanine wert twice and both times she was on it I really like my provider im comfortable with her

I was very disappointed that there was NO signage or instructions provided for how to find the Takonsha group that is temporarily housed in your facility....the only info received was Suite 1 and nothing else, so I wandered around until I ended up in the hospital and a kind nurse helped me find the correct place! Signage in the lobby would have been so helpful.

I am glad that Dr Wert was able to squeeze me in back in November and become my primary physician. She has a great personality! She addresses all my concerns and treats me with respect!

Jeni Wert is Phenomenal. She is extremely helpful, answers all questions, listens, makes eye contact and instantly connects. We are very picky when it comes to providers and our healthcare.Our daughter has a special needs condition that is extremely rare. She Is not too fond of doctors at ALL. She loves Jeni. As for Jeni and her assistants, they are very on point out of the Tekonsha office. I'm trying not to go to overboard with feedback, But she needs to be the face of Oaklawn Hospital. Other providers need to follow her lead. I'm sure that would help Oaklawn's reviews tremendously.

My labs were done 1 wk. prior to my appt., so I planned to hear results at that time.

This was an urgent care facility visit because of a sore throat. I have never been to the facility or to the doctor. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all fantastic. The doctor especially was super nice and knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall a very positive experience.

Very good, no time wasted. All friendly, and kind, and helpful.

Jen Wert is the best Healthcare provider I've ever had

Was instructed to call with a follow up to then be ignored and for my symptoms to not be of importance. I felt like the care plan was not adequate to help and my symptoms worsen. I was told by staff to try and feel better and basically suffer through the illness.

I am very grateful for those who care about me and my overall well being.

I appreciate the caring nature that Jeniece had towards [NAME]. He had difficulty expressing how he is and the symptoms he is dealing with because of his disability, but she had made him comfortable every time. I absolutely love Oaklawn medical group tekonsha. Everyone is friendly, you can tell people like their jobs, everyone is helpful, and has a smile on their face. Jenny is my favorite doctor I've ever seen. She listens, she comes up with a plan, she asks you how you feel about the plan and if you understand it. She takes action and truly cares about you as a patient. I fail with the names but the girl that comes in before Jenny comes in is absolutely awesome also. Thank you all for making the doctors not suck :)

Our wait was long, but we were sick visit scheduled same day, so I wasn't too surprised

Everyone at this office was so friendly, warm and welcoming. They were able to see me quickly and help care for my acute medical issue. Wonderful empathy and bedside manner.

I switched to Jenny Wert due to wait time for appt w/dr. Too soon to evaluate, however, i have routine blood test. Why not get these drawn prior to appt so results can be discussed. It's been 1 month since appt & not contacted for labs. I've seen them on portal, but anything concerning?

As [NAME]'s mom and caregiver, I really appreciated how Jeniece was able to gain [NAME]'s trust, even if it may not have seemed like it. He has trust issues but her calm manner and ability to get him to talk while attempting to get his blood drawn made it the first time he's ever had blood drawn without restraints. She made a special effort to stay with him to see if he would be able to handle it without being medicated. She was able to distract him and it worked. I'm so glad that he was able to get in to see her. I hope she will continue to be his primary care. I can't thank her enough!

It was a good experience in a bad situation

This was the first time seeing this provider! What a lovely lady! She listened carefully and very empathetically! She offered a couple of solutions because I have a condition which doesn't allow for the most powerful/effective treatment for the condition. We also discussed staying on my As-Needed medication vs starting any other medication

I feel very fortunate to have found a doctor that listens and understands my medical concerns, did not make me feel like I was on a conveyor belt. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have a difficult time understanding medical terminology. So I guess not understanding certain things is no one's fault. I was quite satisfied with my visit.

I am grateful that my neighbor (also an Oaklawn employee) helped me and gave me Jeneece Wert's name, as I was not at all satisfied/comfortable with [NAME] or the office staff at the Coldwater facility -

This was an opportunity to meet Jeni and determine if I wanted to move my health care needs. I will definitely do so

I went up there to see why I felt like bad bad, maybe I had RSV or something, she wouldn't let me me leave the clinic, I called my wife to take me to hospital, and she had already called the ambulance, wouldn't let me drive home. So I wound up in [NAME], where they checked me for all kinds of stuff, then they gave me lasix and I lost 19lb in 1hour and 15 minutes, but I still have this awful brain fog runny nose and just hurt all over!

I felt like it was a joke. Provider barely spent anytime trying to figure out what was wrong. I could've done a better job googling it, which I do. And I knew better what was going on than she did. I'll continue googling my symptoms and diagnosing myself. Dr's are a waste of time.
