I'm very pleased with Dr Ashmetat and his surgical staff on my recent right hip replacement surgery and the post op. I think Oaklawn hosp is a great place to have medical procedures done. I thank God for you and all that you do. I had excellent care from the 3rd floor nurses. God bless you all.

I was told someone would be calling me to set up an appointment to talk to the Dr about my results. It's been 3 days and nobody has contacted me.

Dr. Jenifer Stansell is an outstanding orthopedic doctor. She is incredibly caring and compassionate, and she truly takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always makes sure I understand my options and feel comfortable with the plan moving forward. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. I'm very grateful to have such a knowledgeable and kind doctor and would highly recommend Dr. Stansell to anyone needing orthopedic care.

I was told to have the front desk schedule an MRI for me. When I arrived at the front desk she handed me the order and told me I could call it in myself when I called the hospital to schedule the MRI. The scheduler was very impatient and pointed out that it was not my responsibility to schedule my own RI that the provider should've done so for me

Everyone was very good.

I had an injury and twisted my knee and wanted to see the doctor ASAP and get some pain pills. The Orthopedic office told me to go to the Marshall Express and get an x-ray, as no other doctors were available to see me. Of course I was disappointed and wanted seen ASAP. The staff there seen me and did x rays then gave me a knee brace to wear. I couldn't get in to see Orthopedics for another week and a half. They ordered a CT in Marshall and I just had that done on [redacted]. My injury was on [redacted]. I am now waiting for the results and follow up to see Orthopedics.

She listened remembered and explained everything very well.As far as follow-ups and what to do after my visit, she did a great job. And I would recommend her to anybody.

The only problem was my scheduled appointment was canceled by provider and they scheduled me too early for my shots in knees without checking first.

I've had excellent care from my first visit, this group of medical professionals has been great!

She was so kind and listened to my concerns along with the concerns of my partner. She had compassion and provided the best possible support for someone in need of a knee replacement.

I was referrred to this office to fix a broken hand. All they did was take an x-ray, tell me it was broken, which I already knew, and sent me to another doctor. Giant waste of time and money. This office provided no value for this visit.

Everyone was very nice. They took their time with me and they got me out in a good time too.

Front desk was very courteous and greeted me/us in a quick, quiet and professional manner. The Physician, NP and MA's were very friendly and professional also. They took the time needed for questions, explained processes and conditions well. From the very first visit I felt comfortable here and when it came time to schedule surgery, it was an easy decision. Keep up the great work!

Everyone was friendly very concerned and helpful. They kept me informed on the surgery that will be done what is going to be done what to expect and all the information about insurance.

Never spoke to me about the complications and side effects of the surgery they were recommending. Never would have agreed to having the surgery!

The pain is much better and will heal faster now thank you so much

Knee replacement, excellent!

Jennifer is a great NP. Always takes time with you and explains everything in detail and easy for you to understand. Very kind and caring.

Everyone there treated me with the utmost respect and they were sooo friendly and courteous! I would highly recommend!
