I can not express how much I appreciate everything Jenny does for my healthcare. I am so relaxed and comfortable during my appointment that I walk away with nothing but good feelings. 100% the great asset to Oaklawn !!!!

The help provided to me by the on call weekend physician was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

Medications were not renewed at this visit so I had to call back. This appointment was necessary to get my prescription and then it didn't get renewed. I also gave them my new pharmacy info but they didn't update my file.

I went to the ER because of a fall, where I dislocated my pinky, scaped skin off of my head and off of my wrist. Got a bump on my forehead and 2 on the top of my head. They exrayed my head and my hand. Kept asking if I hurt anywhere else and at the time I didn't. Sent me home and said to get a follow up visit with my family Doctor. She wasn't available so I saw an assistant. By the time I got in to see her on [DATE] I ended up with 2 black eyes. One worse then the other. And the arm of the hand that I dislocated my pinky and got a tenous shot started hurting real bad. Now mind you I can move my arm around, but it kills me to do so. I just felt like maybe they should of exrayed it. Or maybe it is from the shot. But it's been at least 5 days that it's been hurting. Just wondering if I'm just rushing things as far as healing

My experience with Jenny is good. However I have a Masters in Nursing so we can discuss my health problems frankly. My criticism is with the whole system. In the last 3 years I have had 3 excellent physicals in the ER.at Oaklawn. Doctors don't do complete physicals. We get a mental health assessment 1x a year. I see an ophthalmologist, had hearing test, see a dermatologist, had colonscopy, and get labs. Is it no wonder health care is expensive?
