This provider is new to group practice. She was a substitute due to the illness of my regular provider.

This was my first visit atThis office as a new patient. I absolutely loved my new provider.

My regular Dr was out of his office for most of the week. I'm having severe issues with allergies and needed some better options. I was able to see a PA at Beadle Lake office. I was about to get a steroid. I'm feeling much better and appreciate the flexibility.

The whole experience with Oaklawn, from the Urgent Care visit to this first time at the BC clinic, has been excellent. I appreciate not having to completely register every time I go, once at Urgent Care was enough and they had all my information already at the clinic. Everyone was pleasant and upbeat. Very glad I chose this provider, even if it is a long way from home.

I'm glad to have Jennifer to take care of me. She is great!

Jennifer was very good at asking health care questions and establishing care going forward. This was the first time I saw her since Dr.Farchone my previous primary care doctor retired.

Jenn showed me right from my first appointment with her that she was knowledgeable and cared about me and would go above normal actions to get the needed answers and referrals. She has consistently shown that she cares for her patients and this made me confident in her guidance.

Jennifer was very thorough, and even though I have a complex medical history, she spoke with confidence and great candor.

My biggest concern was that they increased my meds but they didn't send the right script to the pharmacy & I am still waiting to hear back from anyone

Dr. Jenny is absolutely terrific! We were nervous after moving up here from Tennessee about finding new doctors but honestly we could not be any happier than we are with her.

This was my first visit, so I can't say for sure how it's going to be, but I walked out of there feeling more at ease than I did with the doctor before this one.

After almost 30 years with Dr Farchone, I am very pleased with Jenn W, RNP and feel we communicate well and that she is definitely interested in assisting me with managing my health. I feel very comfortable with her advice and directives.

Good but she recommended some exercises to do and forgot to give me a copy of them. Also never let me know how blood work came out. Don't believe she checked back on other records. Follow up is - POOR!

With your unusually high help turnover I understand why you hired her better luck next time

I just feel like Jennifer was didn't know nothing about me and really didn't really care and we had to ask questions about two or three times and I didn't like that she she answered some questions but I really don't like her. I think she needs more training on things but she's a nice lady.

I have only seen Jenny for my last 2visits, I have been seeing [NAME] for years, I like them both and I feel confident and comfortable at my visits.

I like my new dr. very much.
