I like my doct. she all way answer all my question and explains thing to me.

I had an appointment in February and was not told the office in Tekonsha was closed. So I had to take an appt. In March and go to Marshall.

When getting a phone call from Oaklawn as a notification of some type, that person needs to slow down and speak more clearly.

I received the care I expected from the doctor.

We just switched to Dr. Hite because Dr. Rockwell left . We are very happy with Dr. Hite . We like going to oaklawn for health care because all our records are there so it makes it easier for us to see each doctor . We are happy with the health care we have received at Oaklawn .

I love Dr Hites, she's pleasant, thoughtful, she listens, she explain thing's well and the girl's in the office are sweethearts and I'm totally satisfied before I get there and definitely satisfied and reassured that the problem is being taking care of when I liveI wouldn't change doctor's unless I absolutely had tooThank yall

She does a great job

Dr. Hite is an exceptionally good listener. She put me at ease immediately. She hears concerns and addresses them one at a time. I did not feel the least bit rushed. I left her office feeling cared for.

As this was my initial appt with this provider I was very satisfied with her care and concern. I liked her and feel very comfortable with her as my Dr.

Orders were sent to Coldwater Hospital. When I went for blood work, none could be found. Partly due to Coldwater and their change over. I wish I had paper orders. I did till Dr. Hite this and she provided me with paper ones to take in 3 month. I was diagnosed a diabetic. Meds were prescribed, but I was confused of where and when I would get a meter, test stripes and sharps. I did message her on the portal, no response. I haven't picked up meds yet, because of the weather. Perhaps I will get them then.

It had been over a year since I saw Dr. She was still up to date on my lung issues / care provided by a pulmonologist and radiologist at a different hospital. I say that speaks very well of Oaklawn Dr. It was because of other health issues (not related to Pulmonology) found in a PET scan that led me to call on my primary doctor. She addressed all my problems and questions and has taken necessary steps to address them. I'm very thankful for her expertise.

I had a good experience, but this was the one and only time I have ever seen this provider, so I can't provide any details other than I had a good experience during this one visit. I was there because of an ear infection, and she removed the excess wax from my ears and prescribed an antibiotic, and she seemed very friendly. It would take more than one appointment for me to trust any one particular doctor, though. I have only seen her this one time.

Very good experience but patient portal difficult to enter

Dr. Hite is fantastic. I trust her and feel safe under her care. She takes time with me, explaining thoroughly all my concerns. She never makes me rushed during my visit and as I have gotten older, it means the world to me. She always comes in the room, knowing my medical history and listens intensely when I talk about all of my concerns & symptoms. She is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Hite is a wonderful doctor. Because I'm hearing impaired, I read lips. She had a nice clear voice that I can understand. I'm very comfortable sharing my concerns and asking her questions in regards to my health. I wish we had more doctors like her. I'm so glad she is our family doctor

We will be switching to Dr Hite for our primary Doctor as Dr Rockwell is leaving . We like both doctors and are happy with the staff in general at Oaklawn hospital .

Dr Hite is a very respectful and compassionate Dr. I wouldn't want to loose her.

During a difficult pregnancy Oaklawn was there beginning to end! So thankful for this medical facility! Oaklawn is the best!!!

Provider came in wearing a mask? Seemed inexperienced and unsure of what I was describing. Showed her what I was taking and being proactive with and she stated I needed to be more aggressive w/ treatment. I am hesitant because I have become more sensitive to medication since my stroke last year. In previous question about my mental health, again I had a stroke in [redacted] and it depends on the day.. I have good days and I have bad days. I wasn't feeling well and was concerned when I was at the office.

I had waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes before I was seen. There were 2 other people that came in after I had checked in that were seen before me. The receptionist had asked for my license and health insurance card but did not ask the other people after me for the same documentation. When I had voiced my concerns about my weight, I did not feel heard or seen about the concerns or other actions that I can try. The only suggestion was to go back to the other doctor (OB/GYN) to see about options. I had fasted all day so that I could have bloodwork done at that time. It was assumed that I did not fast prior to the appointment. Overall, I did not have a positive experience and will most likely be looking for other doctors, and maybe other medical systems.

It was very good they were very helpful n helped me understand things that I didn't.

Waited over an hour beyond appointed time I was asked to be there . Besides they called me the day before to come in 20 minutes early so that made it 1 hour and 20 minutes I waited . Need better schedule timing !!!

Dr. Hite is excellent-knowledgeable, personable, kind, thorough!

Dr. Hite was very thoughtful and compassionate. She answered all of my questions and even remembered some nodules that I needed to follow up on that I had forgotten about. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. I felt heard and taken care of.

I really like Dr. Hite and how she handles my pain medicine. She's a sweetheart and is very easy to talk to about my concern's.
