Very nice and good about my issues

Dr Torres is great, she stayed after hours to call and try to let me know the information she had gotten but I missed her call. I don't think any dr has ever called me personally, let alone after hours. I was shocked. It made me feel like I mattered.

My usual PCP is Dr. Melissa Gates. Dr. Torres graciously fit me into her schedule when Dr. Gates was unable to.

No problems at all w/Dr. Torres, or her office. The only, & biggest issues are lab reports do not come to dr. office sometimes for a week or more!

I am so relieved to have this DOCTOR, who is so qualified to have discussion.

I was looking for a new primary care physician. This was my first appointment. I was happy with my experience

Marshall Internal Medicine has always been an excellent medical facility, for physicians, staff desk & associate providers, RN's, NP, etc. I've been a patient since 1979!

I have been to several primary care physicians in the last couple of years. I was not totally happy with any of them. The physician I saw before Dr. Torres did not make me comfortable at all. She did not follow up on my lab work with me and she made me feel like she didn't have time for me. My husband saw that same physician and she miss diagnosed his problem. Ended up going to a skin specialist for that problem which was resolved without medication!! We were not happy with her! We decided to try Dr. Torres and we are both so glad we did! She has been so good to us; very knowledgeable and kind. She didn't rush us through. She listened to our concerned and was very concerned about our health, we are both in our 70's. She ordered tests and found issues with a lot of things regarding our health. We had blood draw the day of our appointment and the day after on a Friday. On Monday she called and wanted to see us both in the office as soon as possible. We were given an appointment for the next day. She went over our tests and ordered additional tests. We are highly confidant with Dr. Torres that she will get to the bottom of our issues. Praise the Lord for leading us to Dr. Torres.

Didn't look at any of my previous cholesterol levels. Was unprepared. Made me feel like garbage by the reaction to my blood work. Which in fact it was a lot better than the year before. Was yawning most the time.

Seen by a different doctor than usual, new doctor did a great job and I felt very comfortable with the situation and her knowledge. I would recommend Dr. Torres to all.

My 1st experience w/this Dr- Haven't been to a Dr since you forced my regular physician out!!!!

I was referred to an ENT, I was sent for a chest x-ray, I was prescribed an antibiotic and eye drops. The x-ray was never reported back to me - good or bad when I called about it a week later I was told she had not reviewed it. I still don't know. The eye drops prescribed were not approved by insurance and dr. never called insurance or pharmacy to order another eye drops.

Dr Torres is very good! She listens to your concerns, explains in terms you understand and she is very thorough

She was excellent.

I was okay when she got called out of the room but I thought she would have came back in. We were talking about a couple other things and I never got an answer for them.
