The staff and doctors are very friendly and respectful of patients. They make sure that we understand prescriptions and what our choices are. A very comfortable environment.

Very nice Doctor my first time to see her my Doctor was on family leave I miss her

The dr. sent the wrong amount of pills for my prescription and I could not get them to correct it that was very aggravating and upsetting.

I don't feel like this provider tries to know my history or hear me. She disregards my thoughts and is not personable. Could use some guidance w/bedside manner & connecting w/patients.

I'm going to do a return. She was very Observant. She caught something that at this time I'm in denial. I've been to emotional disturbance and eventually viciously beaten But I'm in denial right now, but she seen it good observation thank you She asked questions, but I wasn't ready to share it. But as I told her use your experiencing what you were trained, I was leading her to see. Obviously, she did work good for her. She's gonna make a good doctor.

I really appreciated the fact they could get me in right away. I almost cancelled this appointment because my situation was somewhat better but it's better to be safe than sorry. Thanks to everyone!

Dr. Moore was OK but did not seem to have the experience I usually get

Dr. Moore is my new doctor. I had Dr Neidlinger for over 30 years and Dr.erin Rockwell for 5. They were both excellent. I think Dr Moore will be great in time. Our first visit was confusing as I didn't realize there was a difference between a physical and wellness visit. She took the time to explain all of this to me last week. It was a lovely appointment with lots of explanations and clarification. She took all the time to explain procedures to me plus she looked at 2 areas of concern. I was very pleased. She is definitely my doctor.

Dr was filling in for Dr Hite. I am very pleased with both Drs and I am to follow up in 2 weeks after blood draw. My confidence remains high for both Drs.

The doctor never had her computer with her and didn't carefully review my previous medical history. These were important appointments to check my baby's weight, and in all three visits it was always the same. If I didn't remind her of what another doctor had told me, she wouldn't mention anything. She didn't seem fully informed or interested, and she didn't inspire confidence in my case, especially considering that my baby is much larger than average.

My doctor is very competent, engaging and helpful.

This was my first visit with this doctor. My previous doctor left.

In general I find that I can not see my usual provider unless I make an appt. many weeks in advance of serious health problem gets me shunted to a provider I have never seen before the appt.

The provider ordered lab work and XRays and never told me why. She never told me what labs she was ordering or why she wanted them done. I still don't know any of the results. She was not very informative all she said was that she didn't know what was going on on with my hand and fingers. I have no desire to see her again! I will wait and see my usual "PCP" as she called her. I don't know if there were any others there at that time but she never suggested that she have another Doctor look at my hand and see if they knew what was going on.

This provider David Byrens made my condition significantly worse, with no recommendation to seek further care, the primary care doctor also downplayed my issue the day prior which is why I ended up in the ER the following morning. Thankfully I sought care outside of Oaklawn and my abscess was drained properly. Overall Oaklawn caused a ton of additional pain and suffering.

My back has been hurting badly. I came early, from Coldwater, to be sure to facilitate my getting help today. I waited apx 50 minutes and was called up to the receptionist desk to be told I wouldn't be seen today. I offered to wait an hour or two to get help. She said I would not be seen today even if I waited, because other paients would be coming in and I couldn't take their spot. So, I drove back to Coldwater with out help. My back is still out and hurting.
