Kevin Kelch is one of the most gentle people, that I have ever met, during my injections he made it to where I didn't know I even had been injected, and he is very polite, easy to talk for that made me comfortable.

Nothing to add. Was happy with ny care throughout this process, only wish I hadn't gotten hurt in the first place.

When Kevin found out about the pain I was in, he made sure to get me in the next day even though he was already full. At the appointment, he spent a lot of time with me going over options and educating me. He never rushed and he seemed to really listen to what I was saying. I was very grateful for the care I received.

I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my 9:15 appointment, I checked in at approximately 8:58. Waited until about 9:15 for (?MA) to take me back, she finished about and left at approximately 9:25 saying Kevin would be in after reading the x-rays. Kevin didn't come in until 9:57. We may go off to a bad start as he asked how I was and said that I honestly didn't appreciate the wait where he replied it's been pretty busy. I only noticed that one other patient arrived and was taken back ahead of me. After discussing my x-rays and saying I needed a steroid injection in my left knee I became very, very, Anxious. I do have to go back for a follow-up appointment.

When explaining about a knee replacement he stated "well you are 76" as if maybe I was too old.

Kevin Kelch treated me for a shoulder injury 8 years ago and I was impressed with him, so when I had a hip problem I decided to consult him for his input and recommendations.

Kevin provided excellent care for me today. I had an injection in my right knee and it was painless in all ways and the service from Kevin and the staff was excellent.

He was rude and brushed off my mri results and gave me the run around about surgery.

I went in knowing I had a frozen shoulder as I had one in the past and was familiar w/the pain. He said I was just inflamed gave me a shot and sent me on my way. I set up another appt. w/Dr. McLean a week later & knew instantly I was frozen & sent me to therapy.

I have seen Kevin Kelch on several occasions for my cortisone injections for my right shoulder and he has always been very friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable about my health care. He takes his time with me, answers my concerns, offers solutions and makes the appointment very pleasant. He does a great job of administering my injections, no pain or discomfort when I receive the treatment. Love the staff and Dr. McLean and have referred several people to their clinic. Outstanding healthcare from all of them.

Waiting room only waited about 5-8 minsGot to office about 11:10am, appointment was at 11:15.... Didn'tlook at time when got in exam room, but doctor didn't come into exam room too sees me until about 12:10pm, that's almost an hour surety my appointment

We had to wait a long time in the waiting room and again in the exam room; well over 15 minutes each. We weren't happy because my husband and I needed to get back to work.

I would only let Kevin give me shots in my shoulder.

Kevin Welch and all staff are personable, prompt and care about me a a patient. They are the best and I wholeheartedly refer my friends family to this office!

Never have had any issues with Kevin, he's always professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied!

I have seen Kevin Kelch,PA for the cortisone injections I receive for my right shoulder. Surgery was on [DATE] and is breaking down so I've been getting these injections to help with the inflammation and pain every 3 months. Kevin Kelch, PA is always attentive, friendly and supportive of my health decisions to hold off on a complete replacement.

Oaklawn is a great organization and Dr. Kelch is excellent!

It is impossible to get anyone to answer at this specialty clinic. I had to leave 3+ messages with only one call back. You have to keep calling and hoping someone picks up. Dr. Maclean is difficult to be seen by- cannot get an appointment for sooner than several weeks or more. Kevin has been the provider with better availability. When I see this provider, he wants to medicate me rather than getting to the bottom of the cause or healing the problem. I have had to push for physical therapy, which has helped me for other orthopedic problems in the past.

Had surgery and then fell 4 weeks later; I needed to be seen quickly. It was right before a holiday weekend and they got me in to be seen.

Waited in exam room over 40 minutes- that's too long.

This is a specialty office. So there was no need to discuss my regular meds as I have a physician for that. I've always had the best experience coming to this office. I appreciate them all.
