I felt very comfortable at this location.

I was in to see about the pain in my shoulder-turned out to be inflammation from over doing lifting weights. Received a shot that also corrected inflammation in my hip.

Short wait time to be seen. Took time to answer my concerns and work with me scheduling surgery. Thankful Dr Mclean was recommended to me.

Dr KM is simply superb. I would only see her for my ortho needs.

This whole office has very kind caring people. Ever need surgery on shoulder or knee hip this is where I will go and tell others.

Oaklawn medical group Marshall specialty clinic staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. McLean is attentive, Professional, courteous and caring. This is my second reverse shoulder replacement with her in a year and a half and I highly recommend her. I have seen her for other things and I again highly recommend her To my friends and acquaintances and family. Who by the way have gone to see her as a provider and they recommend her as well.

I felt it unnecessary to even set an appointment time. My appointment was for 10:30. I arrived at 10:15. I was not taken back until almost 45 minutes after my appointment time. My total appointment ended up not getting done until almost noon.

My quality of life would be so much better. And weight loss would be met easier, I could have knee replacement. They want me to lose weight. Im trying so hard, but my knees hurt so back. Im allergic to aspirin, so a lot of pain relievers I can not take. Hours at work were cut because I can not walk far.

I had a total knee replacement. From the time I got there until the time of surgery everyone was friendly and helped me with my anxiety over have surgery. In the recovery room the nurses were excellent helping me. Dr McLean was so friendly and caring to my husband and myself. I have already referred her to some friends.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. My only issue, and this may be nit picking, was that the physician seemed rushed and was pretty abrupt when telling me my injury was very serious and I might not get full range of motion back. I understand the seriousness of the injury but I just felt it could have been phrased a little better. Again, I'm sure they're up against tight schedules but getting told the rest of my life may be different and then calling it a day really was like a gut punch.

Love Dr. McLean and her office! They have been so good to me, starting when I fell and broke my right shoulder and had to have it replaced! She has since done both knees due to my RA, and will be replacing my left shoulder! Just wish she did hips in case I have to have those replaced too! And my scars are minuscule!!! I am just so happy that Dr. Comai referred me to her when it was clear the shots were no longer controlling my shoulder pain! He has my thanks forever. No Doctor, in my humble opinion, comes close to Dr. McLean! Treasure her!!!!

The doctor was great she was rushed. I waited four weeks for this appointment. She's spent 10 minutes with me gave me a shot and was out of the room three times. I think you need to schedule them farther apart so she has time to talk to her patient and answer all their concerns other than that, Kimberly was a wonderful doctor.
