Dr. Pence was wonderful and listened to all of my concerns and questions. She is very knowledgeable and I was very impressed with her. This was my first visit to see Dr. Pence and I am glad to be her patient.

Dr. Pence is an excellent physician. She always is up to date on her records of my health but up to date on my oncologists records of my health. She asks great questions and is willing to get me to the right doctor for issues that I might have. She is responsible for getting my diagnosis of Follicular Non-Hodgekins Lymphoma as quickly as possible once I had symptoms. Great doctor.

I have always felt that Dr Pence takes her time to understand my concerns. She also knows her stuff, ready with multiple options to solve the problem. I trust Dr Pence and have recommended her before, I think she is excellent at what she does.

Dr. Pence is the best. I've gone to her for many years and would have no other Primary Provider. I actually did just recommend her to a friend! And also to my sister! She delivered one of my grandsons! She Is always on top of mammogram, colonoscopy, bloodwork, medications, etc. She has sent me to some fantastic specialists when needed. Love her.

Ms. Pence was phenomenal. However, the admin staff, scheduling & the lab tech are why we will no longer be utilizing Oaklawn as a provider for [NAME]. The communication between departments provided a poor demonstration of competency & confidence we would receive adequate care.
