My father is 88, nearly 89 and a challenging parent and patient. I take him to appointments and provide some of his in home care. I'm very satisfied with the assistance I receive from Lindsey and staff in managing his care and prescriptions.

This is the first visit I had with Lindsey, she was professional, kind, knowledgeable of my medical history and treated me with respect and I felt confident in her treatment of my current illness and gave appropriate antibiotic script to treat my illness.

I had a symptom that could have needed emergency attention. Lindsey assured me, through her exam, that the condition was not an emergency, just bruising resulting from perhaps carrying a heavy box with my stomach as a "shelf." I appreciated the detail that she provided and felt assured that the situation was not a serious one. Everyone in the office was cordial to me on this, my first, visit.

The clerks were kinda rude and snippy. At the end of the appointment the provider went kinda fast.

Out of all the years with different providers Lindsey I say myself is outstanding with her care for her clients and very understanding and friendly shows the care I used to get when I was younger ask questions and listens very well.

When I called to make my appointment I specifically said it was for a annual physical. None of that was done. When I explained some of my concerns I felt like I was being ridiculous for asking. I did have good experience at Oak lawn in Marshall.That is why I wanted to come to the facility in Coldwater. I want to say [NAME] at the front desk was very nice in Coldwater.

I love Lindsey I followed her from her previous office she worked at. She has been my provider for over 10 years. There is no one else I would trust with my health care needs.

Looking at my visit summary the doctor put that during my visit we discussed my being overweight. Put it in my medicinal history and my reason for the visit. Me being 8 weeks postpartum, having lost 30lbs, and never having had the conversation with her was surprised to see her claiming to have had this conversation. Insurance reasons?

This was my initial visit to OMG to establish myself as a new patient. The GP I had been seeing for the past 3 years seemed to simply "tolerate " me and didn't at all seem connected to guiding my care. Here comes Lindsey Everline and OMG.WOW!!! When I left today I literally asked myself, "Did that just happen?" I felt like I had entered another planet! She engaged with me topic by topic. She was not rushed or distracted. The front office staff were warm and helpful and the waiting area was clean, fresh and inviting! Lindsey and I touched base on future routine health screens that I need including blood work and I nearly hit the floor when she said I just needed to drop in a couple of days prior to my annual checkup to get that done!!! There! On site! No appointment! No waiting 4 hours in the lobby as I have done at Coldwater hospital!! She said my physical will include gynecological exam and that IT WOULD BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME AS EVERYTHING ELSE!!! AAUUGGHHH!!!! I will be the best advertisement OMG has ever thought of having. OMG is such an appropriate acronym for my experience today. So grateful to have stumbled upon you and that you are the resource I didn't know I was looking for!!!

Thought she would have asked a few more questions of me, being I have not seen a doctor in about 25-30 years.
