Wonderful bedside manner. Felt very comfortable with her.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/10/2026
Lynette explained to me that her first patient was late; thus the reason why she was running behind. Lynette's bed side manner was very kind, friendly, professional and thorough. I've already recommended Lynette to two friends. My GYN of two decades moved out of state; finding Lynette puts my fears to rest in finding a thorough and kind GYN.

The provider was great. She came in with questions and it felt like she really cared and wanted to make sure I was doing okay physically and mentally.

I dat in a very hit room for 50 mins past my appt time! And when they realized I had walked out it was about 15 mins later! I will never use oaklawn again for anything! After the nonchalant treatment when I found out I was pregnant and had a miscarriage to now this!

Lynette rocks!!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/18/2026
Lynette is one of the best providers I have been with in my entire life and I am going to be 59. She has helped me, more than anyone else, navigate my perimenopausal symptoms and provide a variety of options for me to manage these symptoms either through natural remedies or through prescription medications all based on both my lab results and our discussions on the pros & cons of each option.Lynette is very knowledgeable about women's health & health issues. She understands that every woman is unique & therefore must be treated as such under her care. She does not judge my choices nor does she dictate her advice or act superior when discussing my healthcare choices with me-this is absolutely a breath of fresh air. Lynette continues to educate herself on women's healthcare and this is so very appreciated. I have not found another GYN provider as informed as Lynette with up-to-date data based on clinical research. If this were my world, every provider in every healthcare facility would be as knowledgeable and concerned about each & every patient the provider sees as does Lynette Robinson!! She has been my sunflower in a world full of roses! Thank you for your exceptional care, service & support OMG Ob/Gyn office providers & staff (my MAs) and the very friendly DAs at this office 3D. I cannot say enough great things about my experiences and I hope that Oaklawn Prez & CEO & his administration team can find a unique way to pass along my sincere gratitude to Lynette, the MAs & the DAs at this OMG specialty office-maybe [NAMES] could spend some time shadowing at this office to see how truly exceptional care is provided!!!!

This was my first time with this provider and I thought she did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend to her other women and I have no hesitations about coming back to see her for future visits.

My family would prefer that I see an MD or DO at least some of the time.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/22/2025
I was already warned about her, I had high hopes still, but waited over an hour to be seen with no apology and her bed side manner was awful.

The professional building is clean-the way we want our hospitals to be.From the front desk to the clinical area and finally to my provider Lynette Robinson, NP- everyone was professional and friendly. I wasn't feeling well at their office that day, and they went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.Lynette Robinson is fantastic! Her "down to earth" way of presenting things made the whole visit so much easier. Thank you.

I don't know why the last two appointments with this provider felt pressured. I didn't feel listened to. I'm a mental health professional seeking treatment and medical advice for women's health needs I.e. Perimenopausal symptoms and instead was treated like I had high anxiety and that was my problem. I don't currently have high anxiety and have not for almost 2 years. What I also do not like is when I called about a yeast infection, instead of ordering diflucan, I was put on a strong dose of antibiotics instead. During this visit had a vaginal panel and what did they find - yeast infection and finally I get a prescription for diflucan. I wish my provider would have read my medical history and treated me like an individual. I'm not happy and I will be looking for a new OB/GYN provider.

I like Oaklawn and their services. Their OB office was full-seemed like maybe not enough providers. I have a Master's Degree plus and I felt like I was talked to like I had no idea about my own health. I also felt the suggestions that were made were a little ominous. I was told regarding menopause "You will never feel like you used to" " I could prescribed you a cream but I have to warn it's cancer causing and that could come back on me", "In our world we don't use these kinds of tests (referring to a test I had through a Functional Medicine Doctor" "We check up on people in three months to see how they are doing" (she did not)I left feeling a little worse than I came in feeling. I don't think the office can help me through my menopause. I will likely seek other treatment elsewhere.I can appreciate Lynette did look at an area of concern and right away she recommended an ultrasound appt. The nurse up front helped me schedule the appointment before I left. That was really nice and so was the woman who scheduled the appt.

Nurse Practitioner Lynette Robinson is my favorite provider at Oaklawn! She has a very calm, happy demeanor that patients pick up on. She explains things thoroughly and will provide the information in an unassuming way. She takes the time to go though previous test/lab results. She is a true gem in the OB/GYN department. Out of the other providers I have seen, Dr. Dustin Hall & Dr. Sarah Smith, NP Lynette Robinson does the best job ensuring no further questions are had. If I could, I would request to see only her.

I know the OB/GYN's primary experience in women's health spans from birth control to delivering babies. However, more training and updated education is needed in response to perimenopause. I felt invalidated when I have a list of symptoms that have only gotten worse to be told that it's my mental health and hormone therapy isn't given if you are still having regular cycles. Please read The 2022 Hormone Therapy Position Statement of the North American Menopause Society, the 2020 American Heart Association Menopause transitions and cardiovascular disease risk. Read Dr. Mary Clare Haver's book The New Menopause. We are more than our mental health. Does anxiety and depression cause increased acne, joint and muscle pain, body composition changes, brain fog, faitigue, dizziness, tinnitus, dry skin, headaches, hot flashes, unwanted hair growth, vertigo, weight gain, itchy ears, body odor changes, high cholesterol?? I'm a healthy person and have made changes to my diet and exercise, focus on sleep hygiene, and mental health. I've never smoked and don't drink or do drugs. I take all the supplements. And I feel like nothing helps. It is exceptionally challenging to get the right care needed. Please do better - there will be many more women struggling with this and more.
