Megan Saifi, MD

My doctor is leaving in August - I am very sad to see Dr. Saifi move away. She is a welcome physician in our lives. It will be difficult to find a replacement.

I've been impressed with Dr Saifi and am sorry she is moving.

Of every doctor I have ever had in my 74 years, Dr. Saifi easily places among the top 5 for the time, interest, compassion, and care she provides.

I went in as a new patient, and to get my sore throat checked on, to see whats causing it, but she never looked at/asked about my throat.

Dr. Saiti has been my PCP for approximately 2 years. I am very happy with her, and her service is excellent.

Dr. Saifi called me after my accident and made sure I was all right to make a appointment. Not all drs. do this I appreciated it.

I love Dr. Saifi, I have went to other providers, but she listened and was concerned. I'm so glad I found her!!

I felt like she rushed through the entire appointment, it was at most 10-15 min.

I was sent to see this doctor because my usual dr was not available to see me. I was happy to be seen so soon because of the pain I am in! She sent me to the hospital to get X-rays. However, no fault of the doctor herself, but I got a call from her office that said they couldn't find any thing wrong. So I'm still in bad pain and don't know why! My only reasons for giving this doctor less than a 5 star is because I had trouble understanding her. Again not her fault, but I prefer someone that I can understand. Thank you

I changed from my other doctor to this physician because she is so easy to understand and she is very thorough. Absolutely love this doctor

I had to call the office to get my bloodwork posted on the portal. They explained that Dr. Saifi wanted to discuss it with me before it was posted. We were used to being able to see everything immediately on the portal.

I was pleased to have my trauma of dealing with providers since the move be taken care of! They were not only accommodating, but helpful and let me know how to go about taking the correct steps when things are needed routinely! Thank you

I wish I would of waited a few days to see Dr Rockwell. I told Dr Raifi's assistant about my throat and ear hurting as well as my coughing. She never once looked at my ears or my throat, I told her I felt woozy, but the only thing she wrote on chart was persistent cough. I couldn't understand her most of the time. She treated bot like a patient but a number. I will never accept another appointment from the dr I was referred too. It will either be Rockwell or hospital.

I moved to marshall in May and needed to get established with a doctor!

First time meeting this Doctor, very impressed with her willingness to listen to my concerns. I am looking forward to seeing her again soon. I believe my wife and I will be happy having her as our primary Dr.

Actually I've already recommended Dr Saafi to friends if they need a new PCP. Looks like you've got another physician that you should do everything to keep! She was caring and personable. Her MA and the front desk staff was wonderful.

The care was good and reception was excellent.

I expressed concern over losing my drinking water system and the staff proceeded to give me several bottles of water even taking it to my car! What a sweet surprise. They are very kind.

DR. SAIFIA, the nurses and all the staff in reception are EXCELLENT in their positions.

This was my first visit as my current doctor is leaving. I was very impressed with her and look forward to her being my new doctor.

Dr Saifi listen to all of my concerns and than she explained what she wants to do to make me feel better and healthier.

The doctor & team displayed concern by calling me a week after a medicine dosage change, to check on my condition!

First time with this provider and she didn't introduce herself - bedside manner poor.

Everything was great, just had a little difficulty with her speech, a little fast.

I just love Dr Saifi. She really helped in diagnosing ailments that I have. She is an awesome provider!

She was in a rush to get out of the room. She kept checking her phone. Didn't want to listen to my concerns, like she was brushing them off. I had several health concerns that I feel weren't addressed and that I will have to go to someone else to follow up on. I also think that it's very uncomfortable that they ask the depression screening questions to you. You should switch that back to letting the person fill that form out themselves. Do you think someone would answer honestly being asked out loud if they are suicidal or if they are stressed most of the week? It's uncomfortable. You can also hear them asking those questions through the walls. If you care about mental health, I think you should switch back to the paper form instead of having that ok the computer.

The physician was very attentive and helpful explaining my overall health. She "listened" to me, which some other physicians could take lessons from her. The best I've ever had.

No one has contacted me to explain/discuss the results of my blood tests, despite being told that I would be called soon after the results became available, which was more than a week ago.

The Dr was phenomenal. She took the time to analyze my number's from Blood work from last yr, preparing me for this yr. The whole staff is very professional. I feel very lucky to have the medical care I receive so close to my home.

Dr. Safi is a breath of fresh air as a provider. She listens and is very pleasant. I have recommended her to a number of people.

I left the office feeling confident my care was in good hands.

My provider is very good and spend time. The only thing that would have made it very good is that she look over the head injury herself just incase I came back and need her to see the injury again. In reality. She saw that I went to the ER for the injury. So she was confident that she didn't have to look at it. Because I didn't need stitches it was just a contusion. She asked about the injury at least and showed concern.

Thank you for talking TO my dad and helping him not only hear you but understand most of what you had yo tell him.

She is very intelligent and knowledgeable. She is polite and kind. She listened to me patiently and offered helpful in-site and a plan going forward. I really liked her and will switch to her.

I've never had this provider before but would have no problem seeing her again.
