He always takes whatever time is necessary to take care of your hearing needs. What struck me on my last visit is that he remembered things unrelated to audiology about our last visit. The other is he always comes to the door to receive me from the waiting room. That's a level of looking at his patients as people and not just appointments that make you feel cared for.

Michael Thompson is a very good Team Member. He was. pleasant, helpful and thorough at my appointment. He spent time getting my hearing aids tuned so I had the best hearing possible. Great employee!

It was great. He does a good job of checking my Hearing. And bringing my hearing aids up-to-date. I just wish he was in Albion closer to my home more than one Friday a month and only in the mornings. I like Michael and I will continue to come to him. He does a good job.

Our family has been a patient for many years and our experiences with the hospital and the providers has been very good. We are always greeted with kindness and respect. We have suggested going to Oakland to friends and family. We appreciate the care that was given to us and we know we can expect the same in the future.
