I missed my appt with Steven the day before I came in. I was given the opportunity to see Michael at the time I arrived. Very satisfied

He was able to get needed procedure done by a different provider during my appointment so he could proceed with his testing. I appreciate not having to make additional visits.

I have visited Hospital several time lately for my wife, employees that work there were very friendly and helpful.

This was not a doctors appointment. I was just having my hearing aids cleaned.

My hearing was of primary concern. Ear-Nose-Throat doctor was referred by Grace Health. Thankfully a long wait was worth it. Now I have to learn more and make a decision not right away. I was impressed by the office, the people, and concern they showed. For me the Beckley Road site was best. May God bless you!

He was kind, concerned and patient about my questions and concerns.

This visit was a hearing test for employment. My other medical conditions that require medication were prescribed elsewhere. This provider was excellent and took the time to check my current hearing aid when I explained my dissatisfaction with my current hearing aid purchased elsewhere. We scheduled a follow up to review new hearing aids.

Helped me out excellent with my hearing aids that were never adjusted since I had them, and found out reason I could not contact the dr. Help me get new appointment with dr. there at old office and adjusted my hearing aids so I can hear & put app on my phone. Help me really great - Great dr.

Michael is a great provider and is very knowledgeable about all things audiology and I feel that I have the best hearing possible right now.

Dr. Mike Thompson take to me about my _____... ear was _____ took me in of my was a little harder to hear then and need some hearing aid.

Mr. Thompson gave me a hearing test and explained possible types of hearing aids that would improve my hearing. I picked one type of hearing aid I wanted and was given a pair of loaner hearing aids for a 2 week period. I am currently in this 2 week period.

This trip was just to send in my hearing aids to be checked out before the warranty expired. I was fitted with an older pair to use until mine come back.

This audiologist kept me waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time and then when he got to me he apologized for being late due to patient ahead of me had a lot of questions. Then He did the hearing test and explained I had hearing loss Then when I had questions he told me he did not have time to answer my questions at this appointment and his next appointment was here. He stated I would have to make another appointment to come in with my questions. That is totally unprofessional and is ridiculous to keep me waiting 30 minutes to answer someone else's questions and then not take time to answer my questions. Not a good way to treat a long time patient.

Michael was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Michael was kind and very helpful. Got me in same day I called. Greatly appreciated.

Answered all questions. Was very helpful and was able to fix problem.

We were unable to see a provider due to a wait time of almost 45 minutes. Unfortunately we had to reschedule for a much later date.

Good visit

I don't know if he was just extremely busy or if I had done something to offend him, there was no explanation for the process of what we were going to be doing putting the tube in my ear. When we went to do it he told me what sensations to expect. Concerns of mine or additional information that I was trying to make him aware of he had no interest in and I received immediate dismissals. Thos could be circumstantial but it felt almost personal, like I simply was not worth the time to discuss or even check the tube in my left ear as well. The wait time for this procedure due to the congestion at the loss of sterret and Lori and my treatment today have me strongly considering going elsewhere for my very nessecary ENT care.

Just a hearing examination.

I walked into an empty office. I was told to be there at 7:40 5:15 minutes prior to my 8 o'clock appointment time there was no one at the desk when I waited a few minutes shortly after the receptionist showed up and was very rude. She told me to have a seat. She hadn't even clocked in yet, and the door should not have been open.

Very satisfied

Michael was very patient & took time to explain the audiology testing. It felt like a very thorough exam.

Mr. Thomp0son took time to give a thorough check up and made some adjustments that I greatly appreciated. I have recommended your office and they have been as satisfied as myself.

My appointment was for routine maintenance on my hearing aids. Not a medical exam.

Very professional office & personal. I would recommend highly to anyone needing their services.

It was by video. The provider was excellent in explaining what to do to connect. He went the extra mile. I appreciate him calling me back so quickly and addressing my issue. I appreciated his willingness to encourage and explain how it works.

I live that my ENT office is in Battle Creek now. Makes my trip to see my audiologist much easier!

Michael was very good at his job. He was taking care of me and my new hearing aides because Steve was out of town. I have seen Michael before for appointments, so I was confident he could do his job.
