I'm super happy with Dr. Ashmetat . It was my first visit and it was amazing. First person who listened, believed me, and knew how I felt. So happy to be getting something done . Everyone was so nice and helpful, the office was beautiful and easy to find. In and out with tears of joy.

Everything went very well everything one was very nice and polite after I got home I thought of question I should have asked the doctor what about using a cadivers tendon to replace the partial one that has been torn he talked about doing that the last time saw him a few years ago that way I would be able to run and go up and down stairs like normal people do instead of doing it so awkward I would like that done if that is still a option and would fix and solve my problem

Rare to find a professional like Dr. Aschmetat. It took me a decade of incompetent doctors before I found him. He's the first that listened, took me seriously and acted on my issues.

I did not know that cortisone could play havoc with my blood sugar (I am a diabetic). Took my sugar about 9:30PM & it was @ 366. Went to the ER & my # reached 393 while there. Before any future cortisone shots, I need to have the the orthopedic doctor speak with my diabetic specialiist about what I need to do prior to the cortisone injections, so as to control the spikes in my blood sugar.

Very appreciative of the Doctor's willingness to get my procedure in before the calendar year ended. I would have opted against the suggested treatment if it had been performed in the new year with a renewed deductible to be met. THANKS from the people with "complications".

- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/12/2025
The doctor hadn't reviewed the results of X-rays that was taken at that facility before coming into the room to speak with me. I hope that this isn't indicative of this practice.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/9/2025
I liked that Dr. Aschmetat was very matter of fact about my options and the likely results if I elected to have surgery as well as the consequences if I chose not to have the procedure. He not only told me but also showed me the x-rays so I could see for myself and allowed me to decide what was best for me without pushing me into a decision.

My health care provider refused to look at the disc with my previous xray of my wrist from 4 days prior. This was after they had x rayed my wrist on site with my splint on, and said it was difficult to see any fractures through the splint material. He did do a very good job explaining everything else that he was looking for though, to determine the type of care I needed.

I was involved in an accident that damaged my right hand. My injuries required the expertise of Dr Ashemetat. I had not met him or his staff prior to the injury. Their care over a 3 month period was professional and always helpful. They were all very pleasant to work with and answered my questions. I appreciate their time the level of care. I hope to not need their services in the future but would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services! Thank you for helping me through a difficult time.

Dr. A/ lacks good people skills. He asked me no questions, and gave me no opinions. His only words were, "You have a fairly large Baker's Cyst." I knew that before I went in for the appointment, as I have had one drained several years ago. I felt that questions were not welcome.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/19/2025
