I visited the Beckley Road Urgent care recently for a leg injury from a bicycle accident. I drove from Marshell MI in an effort to avoid the ED. I saw Rebecca at Beckley Road. She was straight forward and provided great care and explanations. She prescribed an immobilizer for a broken leg. The medical assistants were exceptional. They fit the brace well. I drove myself home to Marshall!

That is a great office; they made me feel like they really cared about me!

This was overall an excellent experience.

I seen Rebecca at urgent care as a last resort as my usual healthcare provider is closed on Saturday. She listened to me very carefully and was very respectful. She was able to tell me when was going on in a matter of minutes, was very gentle when giving me the medication I needed to get better as well as a prescription to make sure I healed fully. I got my antibiotics the same day and felt 100x better that evening. She even let me know about possible risks if my condition worsened and advised me on what to do. Thankfully I didn't need to go to extreme and I am recovering. She did and absolutely amazing job and definitely would recommend her.

Treatment of vertigo prior to holiday weekend.

I was well taken care of by all the staff

The provider was awesome question ask me all the questions she needed to listen to my answers. We took that all into account got the x-rays I needed. We didn't get the x-rays I didn't need because I didn't see any point in them and she provided with everything I needed for my comfort to get me through my injury and on my way back home. She was very nice. I really liked her.

I love Rebecca, she saw me last time I was at the Oaklawn Express Care on Beckley Rd. She remembered me from last time which was nice. She knew just how to help me. I'm feeling better. She gave me an amazing pill to stop my nausea and I was able to drink and eat. I appreciate you, Rebecca. Not that I want to be sick but I hope I see you next time. Your personality is so calming and I'm grateful to you.

It was a very busy day,with kids coming in for back to school SPORTS EXAMS. BUT you wouldn't know it except for the longer wait time.

Intially I called my primary and went to the clinic to get an appointment to seek physical therapy and blood work, no appointment opening was available until September, I was referred to Urgent Care. Although I received excellent immediate attention, I still had to be referred back to my primary physician for blood work to verify my existing health Issue or any physical therapy needed for relief.

1st time with this provider she was fantastic

I was disappointed that blood work was not done at this facility. Now in 12 days after medication for tick bite I will have to go some place else. I don't live here and it would have been better to know if I have lime disease.

Only small problem is that the visit summary says I came in complaining of an ankle issue. It was a foot issue and turned out to be a foot bone break.

I was treated very poorly and disrespected when I went here people came in behind me and was seen before me literally not much help was given or concerned about my issues very disappointed with Oakland Medical Group had a doctor was going there for 2 years the doctor left they have no doctor have not had an appointment in 3 months very disappointed disgusting

Visiting Oaklawn express care in Battle Creek was a very positive experience. I was very appreciative that I could get X-rays right there.i definitely will recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Very quick and easy for a sports physical.

Provider would not prescribe any medication to help me (this was my 2nd) visit because she said she could t do any follow up care if she prescribed cough med or sleep aid. She told me to buy OTC sleep aid. Waste of time!!! Horrible service!!!

I needed a CT imaging scan for kidney stones Not availabe at this location, I had to go to Oaklawn ED.

Both the dr and her student were nothing but kind and caring my whole time there. I was feeling very self conscious about the situation with my mouth. And they were very kind about my situation.

Clinician Rebecca Davey was very thorough in asking questions regarding my injury, level of discomfort, and my medical history. She ordered an x-ray, explained the diagnosis, submitted a prescription and referred me to a specialist. Clinician Rebecca Davey addressed all my questions. Clinician Davey Is very patient focused and I have total confidence In her diagnosis, treatment and advise. I would highly recommend Clinician Davey to anyone looking for an excellent, knowledgeable, experienced Clinician.

Overall experience was good. When I came in the front desk asked if I wanted the pharmacy in my chart and I said no, I want family fare in Albion, please change it in my chart. When I was with the provider, she asked which pharmacy and I not only told her which pharmacy, I explained why I no longer go to meijer. When I went to my pharmacy, it wasn't there. I kept calling and it wasn't until Friday that we found that it was called in to meijer. It was then called in to fanning fare, but couldn't be filled, because it needed to be backed out of the meijer system first. I had to work with the family fare pharmacist to figure it out and, as of Friday night, I still don't have my ear drops. Fortunately, the pharmacy is open tomorrow, so I'm hopeful. Everything else was very positive and helpful.

Long wait at clinic, pain around right nipple diagnosed as muscle strain, prescribed gel, warnings on prescription made me not want to use it.

Very good care from all staff. Nice and short wait time, and all my questions and concerns were answered.

I was impressed with the competent care I received in having stitches in my left index finger. My records were checked showing that I needed a tetanus booster which was administered. I was given care instructions and advised to return in 7-10 days to have the sutures removed.

The walls are thin, you can clearly hear conversations doctors are having with patients in the rooms. The noise machine isn't always on in the waiting room, and everyone can hear why you are being seen, full name and dob and address/home number confirmation. It's uncomfortable and because of this I will not return to this location. Also, my first visit in May was for poison ivy, I wasn't given the shot, it spread, I went back 10 days later and was finally given the shot and more pills to fit the rash. I wouldn't be on week 3 of steroids if I was given the shot in the first place. Very frustrating.

It was a calm environment with kind and courteous staff. For me that is a huge plus.

Received excellent treatment of a nagging cough. Great advice and thorough exam to rule out reasons.
