I have seen Rebecca Wombley for regular scheduled visits, but this visit was for an unexpected and severe asthma attack and I was so very impressed and pleased with the care she provided. I was given an appointment on the same day I called, and received necessary care with a nebulizer right away, as well as follow up care to determine if further action was needed. I really appreciate her care and guidance. Thank you to Ms. Wombley for her excellent care and professional expertise

Provider does not make eye contact. Spends the entire appointment looking at the computer. Appears to have difficulty getting the software to work for her. Was unsure how to refer for a sleep study. Had difficulty figuring out how to order specific labs for titers, and other specific markers. My daughters have been seen by this provider in July her confidence in the computer have has not improved. I also do not feel very confident in her care.

Rebecca consulted with Dr. Byrens. She called me at home the next day! Ordered additional testing....impressed!

I don't feel that the lady I saw was familiar with my chart, familiar with me, and not familiar with my care. She seemed distracted and had trouble finding information.

Rebecca was very sweet and I could tell she cared. She listened and answered any and all questions.

Provider was called on a Friday afternoon, and the staff and PA were extremely helpful and squeezed me in for treatment to ease my pain before the weekend. Nurse Anissa, PA Womble, and the office staff were very helpful, especially for a last minute appointment.

I really enjoyed this office was our first one here and it made me want to switch from another OMG office to this one. The front desk staff amazing and could see I was struggling they weren't mean they met me with kindness. As did the nurse and Dr. I absolutely am so glad we chose this.

I was appreciated that they got my child in, in a timely manner but I'm not happy when I leave this office ever, unless I see Dr. [NAME] then I'm a happy camper, I didn't appreciate that Rebecca suggested that I have my FOUR year old gargle with salt water. Didn't take into consideration that his throat was red, he had a croup-like cough and continued to tell me to do children's Tylenol and children's ibuprofen every 4-6 hours, I understand that it may be viral but if you're telling me to call back by the following Friday to see if anything has changed. I feel like you should just prescribed my child with a prescription.

They had swelling in the legs and they put me in with Rebecca, and I'm glad they did because she seems to be very thorough and courteous, and I immediately liked her.

E.R. Did not give me medication to take home. Never received anything until I went to Doc. Bryens office.

My appointment time for a virtual visit was at 3pm. I got a pre-screening call at 3pm that went over my health records and was told I'd hear from my provider soon. I waited until 3:45pm, never heard anything so I called the office, no answer, left a voicemail. Got a call at 4pm saying the provider got caught up with another patient and asked if they could contact me at 4:45pm for my appointment. I did end up getting in contact with the provider at 4:45pm, but that was almost 2 hours past my original appointment time. I had somewhere to be at 5pm, so I had to pull over while driving to connect to the call I originally had planned for 2 hours prior. This is not the first time I've had an issue with appointment times with this office. My last in office visit I waited 40 minutes past my visit time in the waiting room and when I was finally called back they said they didnt know I was there but I had been there 15 minutes early to do paperwork. Timing or check in seems to be an issue.

Rebecca is fantastic! I would highly recommend her and the other providers at this office. They're all great.

Rebecca is very thorough

She is good - but not really understanding the qualifications of the nurse to provide the care of a doctor.

This woman was not listening. She was obviously annoyed about something - her responses were short & didn't answer the question asked. I was only at this office because my regular PCP was on vacation until the end of the month & I needed help with a medication change. I was told that my PCP reached out to this woman before my visit. I left feeling unsupported & not listened to. She didn't seem to understand that my PCP MADE this appointment FOR ME at this office - it was rescheduled by this office TWICE. She did submit a Prescript for the medication I needed so that was helpful.

This was an ongoing health problem that was not solved by a prior visit with a different provider in the same office. Referral was given as hoped for.

The receptionist and the Dr. We're very nice. The nurse or whatever she is was rude and not real friendly. It was like I was interfering with her time and kept saying I should go to the ER.

Especially during a visit such as this, seeing a pinch-hitter for regular provider, I believe it important for provider to introduce herself to patient. Personally, appreciate a provider dressed for position (not jeans) as this creates for more of a professional setting.This provider took care of the basic need for appointment.While not directly related to this provider, you may want to consider accommodating patients, particularly the elderly, who neither have access to nor experience using on-line forms of feedback, billing, etc

Appreciated the clerk looking up the address and times open of the county health department for me to take the Tick who bit me to be examed!!!
