Sara stayed late to make sure my daughter was okay before she was transferred to the NICU. Sara checked in with me during our month long stay at the NICU. Sara truly has a good heart and a passion for medicine which makes her a fabulous provider.

I've loved Dr. Smith since she saved mine and my Son's life back in 2021, and then I chose her to deliver my next son and had an amazing experience with her care. I have recommended her to many friends and family. I also have to make a comment about the office manager. She was so nice and so kinda and so helpful. I couldn't believe how caring and nice she was and I felt so cared for and taken care of by the entire office

The wait time was long .i had appointment at 3:45 and the provider seen me at 4:20 Pm.

My blood pressure was pretty high when I first got there and they let me know they would take it before I left. I forgot and walked out to the checkout and the nurse came right out and took my blood pressure manually to make sure my pressure went down before I left. That was very nice of her to do that.

I waited in the exam room for at least 10 minutes while in my gown. However, I completely understood why the doctor was delayed due to a labor/delivery need. Perhaps next time a nurse could stop in and explain that the doctor would be a bit longer than expected.

Can not recommend Dr Smith enough! She's very knowledgeable and considerate to your questions. Have seen various other doctors at Oaklawn and am more than willing to wait months + to make sure I see Dr. smith.

Sara really took the time to make me comfortable and heard, she worked with me on finding post partum care and checked up on me afterwards. She did an amazing job with my c section after having a traumatic first and made sure I was healing properly afterwards. Would 100% recommend Sara to anyone having a baby

This was my first visit to Dr. Smith - she was very kind, friendly and helpful with the medical issue I have! My concerns that 2 days after my appointment I called the office 2 different times asking about a concern I had and I've never received a return phone call!

Dr. Smith treated me with kindness and gentleness. She also demonstarted empathy as well as professionalism. I was very nervous for this appointment and she put me at ease. I had a procedure that usually causes pain and she figured out a way for it to be painless.

I love this office!

My visits to this office are always great! From check-in to check-out, each encounter I have with each person has been helpful and met with kindness.

Dr. Smith did a partial hysterectomy due to my endometriosis and my painful periods that I was experiencing. Dr. Smith walked me through the process and reassured me when I was anxious and worried about recovery. Dr. Smith talked with me about my options about what to expect now that I've had the surgery and when I'd need to be seen again. I've recommended her to several family members. She also delivered my daughter and did an amazing job with providing care to me and my daughter during and after labor and also making sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect how to push and all. I'm very happy with her care and feel very comfortable with her being in charge of my health needs.
