Today's visit with physical Dover was rushed. Dr. Dover showed no empathy to my concerns. I felt my concerns were not heard. I did not receive any alternatives or any suggestions on what I should or could do. Dr.Dover made me feel as if I was bothering her or wasting her time. I understand that physicians are very busy but my health concerns are just as important. My visit today was a waste of my time because I left that office feeling like my concerns didn't matter.

I saw the doctor at 12 noon I have covid It is now 6p.m and still waiting for meds.

I did the best I can had a good experience at OMC but I am new here. This was my first visit medical records still in Arizona. Dr was great and thorough staff were also knowledgeable.

I've put off going to the doctor for many years due to very bad medical anxiety. The whole team here made it easy to put my trust in them. They all took great care to make sure I was comfortable and treated me very kindly, respectfully, and patiently. It is much appreciated.

Dr. Dover spent so much time with and ran test on me to be sure I was ok. She was so respectful of my need and treated me like family. He _____ also is awesome.

This was my first visit so far I was pleased with Dr. Dover and her assistant. I thought the lab process was very lengthy. The lab technician I had need a little more experience, she was friendly.
