Always a good visit with Oaklawn, only issue is with accessing patient portal, which I never can access due to the system telling me that I'm not allowed to access my patient information.

Health care is very good. Listens to what bothers me and answers my questions. I currently have no complaints about my physician, but only praise. She does an exceptional job in my opinion as being a professional myself....

My visit with my doctor was very good. She's a very good doctor and I would recommend her to anybody.

Stacy always listens to my concerns and gives recommendations on how she would like to treat my issues. She is easy to talk to when I have things to address with her, I have always follow her instructions.

Care is excellent.

I got tested for Covid they didn't put the test swab all the way in then came back in and said I didn't have Covid. Then I said my ears were bothering me never were checked said my throat was scratchy and that was not looked at either I wasn't tested for strep. I was told it was viral an to take over the counter medicine and when I said I was doing that she said ok then continue with it. My whole visit was like 10 maybe 15 times from checking in to check out.

My daughter needed a prescription. I looked at the sheet hanging on the wall in the exam room at the Urgent Care. It listed Meijer, Jackson, open until 7pm. That is the one I chose. In the drive to Jackson, I called Meijer to confirm. Your sheet was wrong; they close at 6. It was 5:50, and I was 15 minutes away. I called the Urgent Care and told them this. They didn't apologize, but said CVS was open until 9pm and they will send the meds there. I then called CVS, and found out they're open to 9pm during the week, but they close at 6pm on this day, Saturday. I called Urgent Care back (again, no apology). They put me on hold and confirmed the Walmaet's pharmacy is open until 7pm. I was able to get the meds. Please have your staff have the correct info, so no one else has to go through this. And that way, you can be accurate and trusted.

Very good experience

This was the friendliest, caring and through express care that I've ever been to. It will probably be the only express care I go to from now on when I have a minor emergency.

I went because of a sinus infection and she treated it very successfully!

She knew what needed to done, just never had performed the procedure. So she got me scheduled with a doctor at Midwest Dermatology.

Stacy is awesome and is excellent with my granddaughter. She was also very helpful with me as I look to pursue a career in medicine after I retire from teaching. She listens and is non judgmental which are important qualities for a healthy professional to have.

The Albion Urgent Care is the best run office in Oaklawn's system. They are always quick to get you back, quick to get into the room with you, and efficient when dealing with patients. I drive from Marshall to Albion- the Marshall urgent care is terrible with wait times and staff flirting, talking, and hanging out instead of moving patients through the office. 10/10 recommend Albion Urgent care.

She ALWAYS listens. She has a realistic approach, understanding that patients are humans, not textbook subjects. She asks what I need/want and helps me reach my goals and optimal health, considering my current health status. She also knows when it's time to refer to a specialist. I respect her and her decisions.

Was really surprised that In the questions asked by the the assistant for the Medicare assessment they only referred to the previous two weeks. I left feeling fully satisfied and confident in my well being.

The clinic in Albion has been absolutely amazing and treated myself and my family with empathy, kindness, and respect every time we've had an encounter.

Went Saturday to Albion Express no provider. Went Sunday Albion Express no provider and closed. Went Monday to Albion Express it was open at 8am.receptionist look like she was rode hard and put up wet. Dirty unkept hair and a ring in her nose. Could not find me in the system had to produce drivers license then found me. Glad the provider and the nurse were top notch or I would have went to ER.
