Everyone was courtesy and professional.They all worked together in a timely fashion and didn't miss a beat helping one another and remembering me as the patient at every step.

She said we would wait until I know I had insurance before we do any procedure

Dr. Pence referred me to Dr. Klee, the girls got me an appointment for me within an hour! Office girls in both offices were excellent. Dr. Klee gave me 3 options to resolve the problem.

This office was 10/10!! From the front desk ladies, to the nurse to Dr. Klee to the office manager in scheduling my surgery! They were all so friendly and accommodating, I am not calm in hospital settings but they made it feel less clinical and more comforting than ever!

I was pretty scared of surgery before I see Dr. Klee - she is so nice and knowledgeable to where I'm completely comfortable and at ease - I'm not worried at all -

You could use some middle of the road gown sizes. Mine barely fit, but on the rack the only other side was a 3x gown, which would have been too big.

She didn't have or look at the medical paperwork I filled out prior to apt. She was actually going to leave it in the exam room until I asked her if she wanted it. Also don't feel she offered other solutions to my condition, except surgery.

I trust Dr. Klee completely with my health meds.

This office has been so helpful and the paperwork for disability they have been spot on. So grateful for each and every one of them.

Dr. Kim performed my colonoscopy and was very kind, and informative. The team that worked with Dr. Kim were very nice. Only saw her in the hospital. Referred by my PCP.

She was amazing as well as the Oaklawn staff.

I LOVE Dr Klee, and her office staff is extremely friendly! The only thing I don't like is that someone rarely answers the phone, and I end up playing telephone tag to speak with someone.

EveryOne from the receptionist to the surgeon were as friendly and polite as could be expected. Very nice office staff.

This was a surgical procedure. They couldn't supply me with any food after I woke up, because the hospital refuses to offer gluten free
