I have had back surgeries and a mild stroke but no problems with that - Have seen a heart dr. and lung dr. so normally have one of my children or grandchildren go to dr. with me. At 83 it's just smart.

I am always treated with respect from everyone there.

When I called to ask about a future appt because of back issues, I was told the week I wanted, Wendy would be gone. I asked if they'd ask her to refill my anti-depressants medication, if I'd come in the week after, I was running out. I was told they could not. I had to come to an appt that day which was only day left in week. I was in terrible pain. When I told Wendy, she said she'd have been glad to refill until I came in the week after she got back. Maybe there's a better way to contact someone who actually cares to ask questions of a doctor or assistant when its for good reason. Or at least tell me how to contact Wendy if they don't want to go out of their comfort zone. I am usually very good at going to doctor . But have to plan ahead. Sometimes policy can be stricter than it needs to be in some circumstances.

Think she was a little rude looking to switch from this provider

I was a little disappointed about not getting education on what I needed to do after my recent visit to the ER (how long I should beOn the medication given at the ER visit- I was unsure about if I needed to take this medication every day or just at time of problem- This was not explained at my ER visit either

Excellent experience getting re-established as a patient with routine physical and blood work. Dr Davis, Nurse and receptionists were excellent! Appreciated getting notified quickly results from bloodwork that required immediate care. They explained everything and why care was important as well as the plan for follow-up care.

Glad to get an appointment as fast as I did! Call the office at 11:30 am got in at 2:40 pm.

Wendy you listen to me and my concerns and opinions about whether or not I should stay on ADHD medication. She also considered input from my mom. We made the decision together to try going without the medication. If my grades fall or I have a hard time paying attention in school we will Work with the medication again.

Wendy was an excellent provider. She ordered an ultra sound and her tech assistant Tina made the appt for me. That was great. They are both excellent medical providers.

When I called I was really sick but they were down to 1 dr. They got me in the next week and did blood work & medicine - I was happy with the service once I got in.

Arrived at the ER for needed treatment and surgery. When registering, I was advised by ER staff that the ER registration (system) did not have access to my Oaklawn Hospital records, even though my current doctors are connected to Oaklawn Hospital. The hospital staff on the floor where I recovered from my surgery, finished treatment and received my discharge Instructions had access to the information. Why does the ER not have the same access

I don't like going to any doctors but Wendy Davis makes.me feel easier.

As always, Wendy Davis took care of all my issues and I'm very pleased with her She answered all my questions and concerns!

With my provider I always feel like they didn't understand about my medical conditions, I have had to explain them every time I come in. They also said that I could no longer say I had a condition that was diagnosed by a doctor because she just didn't think I had it. And I always feel that she isn't taking any of my symptoms seriously. She also didn't order an ultrasound for something that could have been a life threatening condition, luckily another doctor did the test and it came back clear. But still, you have to take these things seriously. I'm really sorry about writing all of this and I'm hoping that maybe it's only me getting her on rough days.

My mom has not seen a doctor in a long time and everyone was wonderful with her. She has been afraid to go to a doctor because she said you go to a doctor and you die. She was actually happy when we got home and said that wasn't bad at all. Thank you all so very much, greatly appreciated.

The only improvement would be when I called to make an appointment, my PA was out of town so I asked to see Wendy who I also see (and my kids go to) because I didn't want to wait a week and I knew the Dr would most likely need to order follow up services (xray). I was encouraged to just come into the urgent care and see a random Dr. Instead of pushing to get me in. I feel the person who made the appointment was putting the responsibility on me instead of finding an open spot for me to come in and speak to my own Dr who I am comfortable with. The is not the first time this has happened. I feel the people who answer the phones are not as accomodating or friendly as they should be.
