Zachary Bassler, MD

I saw Zack Bassler during this visit and he was the replacement for Dr Farchone, who retired both of these doctors are exceptional and I would highly recommend Dr. Bassler has always gone back and looked at my historical information because my cases pretty difficult that he is always taking the time to help me and gone way beyond the call of duty

Doctor Bassler was very kind and caring. Answering all my questions and concerns. I like his down to earth personality and knowledge of health care.

I was happy with my visit and the staff was kind

This was my first visit with Dr. Bassler for a kidney stone. His gentle demeanor, thorough questions and competent replies were very calming to the situation.

Dr Bassler was rude and very unprofessional. He treated my concerns as illegitimate and it was very clear he just wanted to move on to the next patient. After expressing my concerns, he didn't even have any intention of physically examining my body to assess my concerns!! When I did ask him too, he "looked at It"; he did not make an assessment. I felt he didn't know how to address my concerns and was uninterested in taking the time or effort to do so. I literally left there thinking he was a PA-C. I cannot believe he has a medical license.

Dr Bassler is very kind,very concerned about what your need and cost. He listens to you and your concerns. He is #1 Dr for me in my whole life time and I am almost [redacted] years old.

Upon leaving the office after my exam and conversation with Dr. Bassier, I was so excited that I may have found the perfect physician for me. The time that he took to listen and understand my medical needs was exceptional!!

This was my first visit to Dr. Bassler. He seemed to be very interested in my health and I felt that he was very knowledgeable about anything that I asked him.I felt relieved that he would be there for me when I need him and would not be leaving soon.

I'm very pleased with our new doctor. He seems to really be concerned and knowledgeable about my health questions.

First visit to a new provider/office and I have already recommended them to a friend! Great first visit-

He's very attentive. He phoned me in follow up to my labs results that he ordered.

I was comfortable, not on edge and no anxiety. I didn't wait very long, checking and out was great , friendly, caring and helpful. I haven't felt this way in a very long time.

Dr Bassler is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. His care, concern, and follow-up shows that he really cares about his patients. As a caregiver for 2 parents with health issues, I would recommend him 100% of the time.

Dr.Bassler is a very great provider. He has always listened to me, done anything he can to provide immediately solutions, make me feel comfortable, and listens without judgement. As a woman, I was very hesitant to get a male doctor as I wasn't sure he'd be able to understand concerns I have pertaining to certain issues. But, it seems he's more educated on the woman body than I am myself. I feel very lucky to have found such a great provider and I do travel from about an hour away to continue under his care. I would recommend Dr.Bassler to anyone.

Classic case of physician not listening to the patient I am doubled over in pain with my diverticulitis flareup that he told me was not a diverticulitis flareup. I'm in worse shape now than I was when I went into the office I will never be going back to seeing this doctor ever again

Very friendly and fast

Not only was he 30 minutes behind for my appointment. He has the personality of a dirty dish rag and a misused sponge.He did not listen to my concerns and only focused on the "chief complaint" which was not the reason I was there. 10/10 would not recommend

Dr Zachary Bassler was great... Kind hearted and very easy to relate to.. You have a set of great Dr's there and I feel some of the medical staff is great as well... Remember your staff makes an office. Thanks to my Dr's for all your hard efforts to help keep me whole.

So glad Dr.Bassler joined the group!! Finally someone very qualified, he did more for me in one visit than anyone put together! Had the info in my file needed, just no one bothered to look! Have my power wheelchair because of him!!!!

Dr Bassler provided excellent care as a substitute for Dr Petra Toutanji, who was traveling out of office.
